will not quit billing my credit card
I ordered aproduct that was suppose to be 3.95 but they charged me 44.90. Ive called to cancel and keep sending back products but they continue to charge my credit card. They has charged over 200.00 dollars and won't give it back.

Can not Return Can not Cancel Product
I tried the product and it did not do what the ad said it would. The next shipment came and I wanted to return it. The comany said I need to email them to get an RMA No. Now 5 emails later still no RMA No. and I recieved a second shipment.
They charged $44.90 to my card for each shipment.
I had to cancel my card to stop the nonsence.

Refuse to cancel my orders
I ordered a test packet of Acai power, which was set to cost 4.95 for shipping. Instead received a package of some pills, powder and gum, for which I was charged $44.95 and another for $39.95. I sent one back, but have had no charge on my account taken off. Now, I am assuming that I will continue to get them once a month, I will return them and yet I will continue to be charged monthly, therefore, I am turning this over to my attorney. You may reach me at my e-mail address. I was promised by you to send me a message telling me what to do, but have received no answer, and, therefore, assume that you are as culpable as the company you represent.

scam
Do not order this product or free trial. They will charge your credit card for other products other than acaipower and will continue to charge you from their partner companies. It is a scam! They are counting on the fact that most people will not dispute the charges.

Recieved products not ordered
I ordered the "free trial" AcaiPower for the cost of shipping which was charged to my credit card. When I recieved the shipment I'd been billed an additional $44.85 for two products that I hadn't ordered. I returned to the website I ordered from and saw they'd also advertised these two products with boxes to be checked if I wanted them also. What you don't notice is that the boxes are already checked for you. You basicly need permission to return the products which is obtained by calling a toll-free number that has at least a 90 minute wait. Folks, ----we've been scamed by the scum of the Earth. Probably nothing will come of it, but I'm working with my credit card co. and the NC Attorney General's office. Good Luck

Unauthorized Charges!
Ok, so I decided to "Try" their FREE NO RISK TRIAL OFFER FOR ONE BOTTLE OF ACAIPOWER FOR ONLY $4.95...
First of all, the product took almost two weeks to get to me even though it was shipped from a "Fulfillment" center right around the corner from my house. Then they were nice enough to continue charging my credit card $1.00 more then a NICE WHOPPING $88.97 charge shows up a couple days later from the same company!
I called them to find out what the heck they were doing and some guy with a mumbled voice said that "the terms where clearly explained" and hung up on me!!! What "terms"???? The original purchase went through, I got the receipt, I felt comfortable with my purchase, then all of a sudden they had me enrolled in some crazy coloncleaning program or something, it was ridiculous!
Thankfully, I used my PayPal debit card and have submitted claims. On top of that, now my account is also being debited for even more crap I never bought all conveniently from similar companies selling similair products. They basically took my credit card and went shopping for me on my behalf!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CCN, INC or ANY ACAI PRODUCT ON-LINE. SCAM, SCAM, FRAUD - FRAUD!!!
