I had sent in a free 14 days supply of weight loss pills, including the shipping & handling at $4.99.. Instead of sending me the free 14 days supply, they sent me full bottle of 30. I sent them back in the mail & Acaipur still continued to take $39.95 out of my account without my permission. That's not right, that's stealing from my account.

My Doctor told me to stop taking AcaiPure due to other medications I was taking. I sent the rest of the sample back after
cancelling and getting a return number from AcaiPure. This was just about 5 days into my 14 day free trial. I was billed $4.95 for shipping and handling which was OK, I had agreed to that when I placed my order.

But, now I have been billed $39.95 on my card that I used to pay the shipping and handling. When I contacted them and asked why I was billed for this amount since I had cancelled, they said
" Thank you for contacting us. The 39.95 charge was for the remaining balance of your initial trial bottle after the 14-day trial period had ended. Please review the offer you purchased by clicking the link below."

This was after I had returned the unused portion and cancelled the account according to the instructions on their web site. (With the return authorization number they had given me and returned within the 14 days, they cancelled the account at that time.

So, actually, they have fraudulently taken $39.95 out of my account.

I did all this within their time frame because I read horror stories about this company after I had placed my order.

How can these people be stopped and made to pay back the funds they have taken when they have no right to them?

I ordered the following (Acaipur) from the internet only to pay for shipping. I was charged $44.85. When item came I returned it not opened and wrote on the envelope canceled, not interested. Then 3 days later, I was charged $39.95, from my checking account automatically. Every time I call their phone number, I never speak to anyone, and am on hold for ever. I want this to stop. I do not want the product, and want them to stop charging me.

I only order the trial size bottle for $4.95 and my account was debit $44.85, I've received a bottle but it was only suppose to be the trial, I want my money back I have not taken any of the pills, what do I do?
