I ordered a 14 day trial size of the products. Acai Pure was to send a 14 day supply for just the cost of shipping of $1.95 and colotox was $2.95 plus shipping. They sent me two additional products and charged my account an additional $39.90 and said I ordered them, which I know I did not. The order confirmations I received did not summarize or even provide a total. It just stated they received my order and it will be sent. I contacted the company to sent the items back and ended up agreeing to a $15 credit to just forget it and cancelled any future orders.

I found out on my next statement that the company charged an additional $39.95 & $38.95 because they said that they sent me a months worth and I had to send back any unused portions within 14 days if I was not happy. It's a 14 day trial and if I am not fully satisfied I have to return it within the 14 days or they will charge me additional for the balance of the 30 day supply I did not order plus shipping and handling. How can that be a 14 day trial if you have to decide within the 14 days?

At this point I ordered under $10 worth of products and so have been charged approximately $125. Something is very wrong about this picture. It's my opinion that they have deceptive business practices and misguide what they are selling and the terms. The product is primarily 800 mg. psyllium seed which can be purchased for under $10.
