Yes...me too...I ended up paying 50 $ even after getting refund. I send them email, I got conformation that I won't be charged next month. but i still got charged. With various names such as ft-fac and some others a total of 110 $ . I request everyone who has been victim of these companies please...don't call them. Call you credit card company and let them deal with it.

Because such companies costumer service are trained in a way to irritate you and make you mad and at the end, you end up paying some money to them, even if you get some of your money back. But your credit card company knows how to deal with them. Just collect all the proof that you can against them and when your CC company ask for proof, just send it to them. These people cannot do anything if you have all the proof...which all of us have in one way or other. If your credit card company gets lot of complains they might press some charges against such companies.

Keep all the email's that you send them and did not get any response. But don't call them, because none of us deserves to be treated in the way these people treated us.

DON'T CALL THEM. LETS MAKE THEM PAY...GET FULL REFUND THROUGH CREDIT CARD COMPANY...DON'T SEND ANYTHING BACK TO THEM AND MAKE THEM SUFFER.

I ordered what was suppose to be a free trial of these 2 products. They charged my account over 80 dollars when according to the site they should of cost about 10-12 dollars. When I tried to talk to customer service online they kept dodging me asking to cancel my order and trying to offer me another 3 dollars off.
