Do not order any products from this company!!! I have never received the products I ordered on 12/21/09 and have been charged the original shipping of $1.95 per bottle and $83.95 plus shipping for not cancelling the order I never received within the first 14 days. I have STILL never received the product even after numerous emails and calls and promises that the product was shipped. See the latest email to customer service this morning. Please don't waste your time or money.

I just spoke with Brian in your customer service center. He stated my product was shipped on 1/12/10. Do you realize I have been trying to get this product since 12/21/2009? I really expected better service. I never received the FREE (yea right) trial bottle. When I spoke with a supervisor, Tammy, on 1/6/10 she assured me the product would be shipped that day and the original would be tracked. I had to call back on 1/12/10 and spoke with another supervisor, Jamil and he has supposedly shipped the product on 1/12/10.
My questions are as listed:
How hard is it to ship this product?
Did anyone ever track the original order? Where is it?
Why wasn’t the order on 1/6/10 ever shipped?
Why do I have to keep calling?
Am I going to received the acaipure and the colon cleanse XR that I originally ordered?
How does this type of operation stay in business?
I have sent numerous emails to you, do you ever respond to any of them?
