This is the BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS there has ever been, I ordered a 14 free day trail order and the price was suppose to be $4.95 for AcaiPure, and $1.00 for ColoPure and when I went to my bank account to see if the charges were what they had adversited to my surprise I had been charged full price for 4 items which I did not order and it was the HOODIGUM AND HOODIWATER and also for FIT FACTORY which was $44.85 and then $45.85 and another charge for $44.85 and this was 11/26/08 and I called them and they said there will be a 75 minute wait and 75 seconds, which is terrible, so I couldn't wait that long, so the next morning I called again and the same thing, so I waited and I did talk to James but he refused to help me he said there was no way that he could take the charges off, and couldn't stop the order. So I told him I would return the product when I receive and he said that would be a 15% stocking fee what is up with this, I have to pay postage to return the order which I have no idea what I will receive if I ever do, and then they are going to charge me on my debit card this company is ripping people off big time and they need to be stopped now. If they charge one more charge on my account I will close the account, which the first one caused me to be overdrawn and and cost me $28.00, 4 times for insuffent charges, this is not a good thing for this company to keep scamming many customers like they have they are stealing alot of money from people like me that don't have this kind of money to loose. Then I email the [email protected] and told them what had happened and told them to cancel the orders and the Fit-Factory and I told it would be 72 hours before I would hear from them but I did hear from them and in a couple of days the Fit-Factory charge of $45.85 was removed and I don't know how that happened, but I was pleased about that. But they are still charging me for AcaiPure and ColoPure which is the price I should receive the 30 day supply, but from what I have read about other peoples complaint I'm not so sure that is what I will be receiving, If I receive a trail bottle for 14 days for this price I will be calling the General Attorney Office and reporting this and seeing if my lawyer can do some thing about a company that is frauding alot of people. OPHRAY is a very outstanding person and for this company to be using her name in a fraud like this, this is not what she would like to hear and I'm sending her a letter also to let her know that this BIG SCAM ARTISTIS is going on will see if she gets anything done about it. I called my bank and the only way to stop them is to close your bank account and open a new one. That will fix them. I hope this is helpful to some of you. I will never order nothing like again in my life.
