Unauthorized charges
I continue to receive the product and wish to discontinue it. I send it back however continue to get charged each month. I want to stop receiving it. I only tried the trial and cannot stop receiving it. Please discontinue!

No response to requested cancellation
I used the website to email a request to cancel my "membership" and also requested information on how to return unopened bottles.
They did not respond and it has been 2 days - the time the website said would be their response time

charged& sent 2 more bottles not ordered
I ordered a trail offer of ACAIPURE free with just the 4.95 shipping to be paid by me iwas charged 45.00 for that order and they keep seending me more that I have not ordered and charged me another $45.00 I want this scam stopped and nothing more sent

I can't believe that I fell into their stupid fraud of receiving a free trial. They charged me $72.00!!! Now they are charging my card every month I haven’t even opened any of the bottles yet in hopes that they might take them back and give me a refund! Reading other blogs I see that calling them or emailing them would be useless, but what else can one do? I was not hoping to loose weight in my wallet! I didn’t think that their plan to help people loose wait was by making them so broke that they have to starve themselves since they can no longer afford the basic essential needs that one need to survive- like FOOD!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Overcharges
Acaipure- Don't get it. It's really not just $5.95 for the trial. It will be 39.95 if you want to keep the items and then they charge for other items that are shipped to you w/o you realizing it - ie gum and water tablets that are $49.95 and then it charges you for a web site $29.95 for some diet help site that you also did not sign up for. Very misleading site and product. I was so upset with all the charges that I did not even try their product. It's very sad that they are not competent enough that their product can stand alone on it's promise that they charge you to death before you are even willing to try the product. My word of advice - DO NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL!!!

keep sending product not ever ordered
i ordered a free sample and got charged 39.95$ for it! called my card co. had it removed. they just sent me another one and this time charged me 44.95 $ i called them and they referred me to a web site which doesn't exist. they are a scam and a rip off and i had to call my card co. again. they are going to investigate this co. i'm sending the product back. i hope no one else gets taken in by this co. wiley fox03

Unauthorised enrollment of " www.fit-fac.com ", was never mentioned or discussed either on the phone or in writing.
Unauthorized credit charges to my account for products not ordered nor received.
Fraudulent behavior,
My bank has been instructed to stop all transaction with this company.
to have my name removed and cancel any further dealings.

I have been trying since 11/26/08 to receive my refund of $59.95. Every time I call, they give me more reasons why I haven't received it.Now, they are telling me, when you return the products you need to have the tracking number.They said I haven't sent the product back and they don't show record of the transaction.Then the girl hung up on me!!Can you believe that!!Not only did they charge me without my approval, but they are rude in answering my questions.When I called back, they offered me a $20 courtisy card on my acct.I told them "Why would I want $20 when I have been charged 3x that?".To my surprise they said that is all they could do for me and they didn't have to even do that, and hung up again!!!There has to be something we all can do to get our refunds back.This is the first time I have ever had to deal with a company so unprofessioal and a complete rip off!!! If there is something out there to help us, I'd sure be interest in taking action on this company!!DO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!RIP OFF!!!

charging my account without permission
This company, AcaiPure, has made a unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account and will not speak to me over the phone about it. Is there any help for this?
