YOU CANT READ.
I understand how unbelievably frustrating you all must be. But did you not read? Out of curiosity I went to the website. Scroll down to the VERY BOTTOM AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP.

It says, quote:

"AcaiPure Risk Free Trial Offer Terms and Conditions:
Please take a few minutes to read the following as when you purchase the AcaiPure Risk Free Trial Offer you automatically accept the following terms and conditions. You are ordering the AcaiPure 14-day risk-free trial offer for $1 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. Your 14-day trial begins when you receive the product. If you are not satisfied with your AcaiPure trial offer, return the unused portion anytime before the end of the 14-day trial period and you will have no further obligation. If you are happy with your AcaiPure, do nothing and your credit card will be charged an additional $38.95 approximately 14 days after your receive your trial shipment. That's 20% off the regular price for a 1-month supply of AcaiPure, normally $49.95 per bottle. In addition, approximately 30 days after you place your trial order for AcaiPure and about every 30 days thereafter, we will automatically send you a fresh 1-month supply of AcaiPure. The credit card you provide today will be billed the Member's Only price of $39.95 plus $4.95 s/h for a total of $44.90 when each new product ships. That's 20% off the regular price for a 1-month supply of AcaiPure, normally $49.95 per bottle. You may cancel your membership to AcaiPure at any time by simply calling customer care at 888-692-8352 or by emailing us at [email protected]. Remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using AcaiPure consistently for 3 months. If you are not fully satisfied with future shipments of AcaiPure, you may return any unopened containers of AcaiPure within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the $4.95 s/h charge and a 15% restocking fee."

While it's shady, you didn't get scammed, you failed to read the terms and conditions.

Trying to cancel order=never recd.
I ordered a trial sample of Acaipure on 1-06-09. Today is the 21st and I have not recd. the product. I would like to cancel as I went to my Doctor and he said that due to my heart and blood pressure condition he does not want me to do this. My order # is 2424540. They said that all I had to do to cancel this was to let them know the order number, but I can not find anyplace to let them know. I also order the colon cleanser trial sample on the same date. I recd this, but did not take until I went for my Doctor appointment. I can not take this either. The colon cleanse company took out of my checking account $89.13 for a month supply on the l9th of February. I called them and told her that I had not had the product for l5 days as they did not send until the l0th and I recd it on the l3th. She said that I had ordered it l5 days ago and that is what they go by. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she could not transfer calls. I called my bank and they can not do anything about this either. PLEASE help me in this matter. A. Lacewell

False Advertising
On 11/13/08, I ordered the "free trial", and was immediately charged $44.85, the product finally arrived on 12/15/08. At this point I was already beyond the 30 day trial so I actually filed a complaint with my credit card company and am waiting to hear from them. This was after trying to call the "800" number, receiving a message that the wait time (due to popularity of product) would be six minutes. I placed my phone on speaker and continued to work. After 30 minutes, I hung up, but their message referred me to getorderhelp.com. Well, since I didn't have an order yet, I didn't have an order number. Today 1/21/09, I access my banking info on line and find they have now billed me an add'l $39.95 because I didn't return the initial package, and have charged me another $44.90 for the 2nd shipment which I have not received. I placed another call (wait time to be 11 minutes which turned out to be 16) and told the girl to CANCEL my order. She was not very nice, so we'll see what happens. Once rec'd (if that happens it will be returned). Do NOT buy this product.

Unauthorized charge
I ordered a "Free Sample, you pay only $4.95 for shipping and handling." I received the sample and honored the charge for $4.95. Later, I found my credit card had been charged with $39.95 which I did NOT order nor authorize. I have received NOTHING more nor have I ordered anything more from them. Interestingly, I have had FOUR more unauthorized charges against my credit card from companies with four different names. They are Bodycleansingonline, Easybodydetoxonline, Fit-Fac (which I think is supposed to be a health club) and Mastercleans. I believe this is nothing but a group scam. If you have not already done so, I urge you to NOT give them your credit card, even for "Free Samples".

Unable to reach customer service
I ordered the free trial offer of diet supplement Acaiberry which supposely assisted in rapid weight loss. I had 30 days to try this and if not satisfied I could send back bottle and receive my shipping costs. I could not send back bottle as I had to have a RMA number on package. When I called the company I was put on hold for a half an hour. In the meantime I was charged for a new bottle costing $39.95 plus $4.95 sh totaling $44.90. I tried to call company again but was unable to reach them. I sent product back without a RMA number with a note to cease sending me any more product as I was not able to get it to work for me. I disputed this cost on my credit card. I have not heard back on this return but post office informed me company may just send the package back to me unopened because it did not have a RMA number on it.

On January 20 I received another order and my credit card was again charged $44.90 for this product. I tried again to call company and was informed via a recorded message to www.getorderhelp.com to get RMA number. This did not work either. I am upset because I cannot get the company via phone or internet so I can discontinue the shipments. Joan Christiansen [email protected]

Charging my credit card without authorization
I see there are many in my shoes already complaining about a trial offer that I received for Acaipure pills. I ordered a free sample and gave my credit card for shipping. I figured that since they were using Oprah''s name it was a safe company. I can't get them to stop charging and sending me product. The phone number they give on the packing slip is 888-692-8352. Doesn't work. Email address doesn't work either. How can I get them to stop charging on my credit card and sending me something I don' want? I have already been charged $44.90 on four occassions and the shipments seem to be coming closer and closer together. They are running up my credit card. HELP.

cannot speak to anybody to cancel!
I ordered a sample from online: a "no risk" trial offer for $1 plus shipping.. When I was charged on my account without even having received any product, I tried to find my receipt of the product. no recpt. I could only trace it using the charge on my account..I found out by reading the very very fine print that this is a monthly shipment thing. usually, they will have you check a box saying that you agree to these terms but there was nothing like that. I never did get an order number. tried to call - They put you on hold forever. I waited once, then went to the website that they say you can use to cancel. I filled out the "form" - never heard from them again. when the product came, I sent it back "return to sender" .. unopened. still, i got charged. I have disputed it with my credit card company.. I see someone else has a complaint with another one of their products.. colonpure or something like that. do not buy from this company!

continued unauthorized charges
I ordered one bottle of Acai-a Slim dietary supplement capsules. They were a one month trial for shipping only---$4.95. I made sure that nothing else was checked off and that I was only paying for the capsules. I read that website completely. After that, my account was charged several times and all these other health-related items were being charged to my account that I did not approve. So far around $200. My bank has stopped the account due to fraudulant activity and is investigating it for me since I can not seem to contact the company directly. No answer ever. I am sending all products back. This is a complete scam.
