false advertisement & debit to card
AcaiPure was advertized as a RisK Free Trial Sample for $4.95. This product is anything but risk free!! I have been charged $39.95 to my credit card which was never authorized by me, plus they sold my credit card number to Fti-Fac.com and they are now charging me $29.95. All of this under the false advertising of Risk Free Sample-I don't think you can be more fraudulant than this! Plus the phone number they give you to call is constantly busy and when you do get a response it is a 30 minute wait and then you are cut off with a busy signal-so contacting the company is virtually impossible!
Please be ware and don't purchase this product-not even a trial sample.

KEEP CHARGING
I AM CONTINUOUSLY GETTING CHARGES FROM THEM. I ORDER A "TRIAL" AND WAS JUST SUPPOSE TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING. THE FIRST CHARGE WAS $49.95 (THEY SENT ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS IN WHICH I DID NOT ORDER) BUT TO RETURN THEM, THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 18% PLUS THE S & H...IT WAS CHEAPER FOR ME TO KEEP THE "UNWANTED" PRODUCTS. TODAY, I RECIEVED ANOTHER CHARGE FROM THEM FOR $39.95...I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ITS FOR. I TRIED TO CALL THE 888 # BUT RECORDER ON THE OTHER END SAID IT'S A 33 MINUTE WAIT...WHAT A SCAM.

Can not reach company
I can not reach anyone, the hold times are unreal. I did not agree to $44.95 for this order and they take it out each month. Please do something about this scam. This was a trial order for $4.95, but instead it is for $44.95.

unauthorized charge
I asked for a free trial with a shipping charge of $4.95. They charge me directly in my Visa account $39.95 more without warning. I tried to call them but they never answer the phone. I also want to cancel what they called "membership" to avoid the next automatic supply of ($39.95+4.95$) but no answer . It's simply a rip-off. I want my money back and they stop this fraud.

fraud/ unscruplous practice
I am among many who are getting ripped off with this scam.
I signed up for a free trial and was sent other items I did not authorize. I tried to contact but found the phone wait over 2 hours. I tried several times and was on hold over 1 1/2 hrs to be disconnected. I sent the merchandise back mid Nov 2008. I have had no communications from the firm.
This month I received again an unauthorized shipment of Acaipure. The return system is close to impossible to implement as you must get the RMA
number from Customer service which is almost impossible to reach. This time I have requested the number by email. I have also requested that the
membership into "lifestyle" be canceled. I was not aware of such membership. I have threatened to report this company to as many consumer advocacy groups as I can.

Drugs not ordered
Ordered a free bottle of Acaipure diet capsuals for trail purposes. Gave my debit card number for shipping coasts. I did not tell them that they could continual to send me Acaipure every month nor did they ask. I have been trying to reach them by phone and e-mail, no luck on either. I now have two bottles I did not order.

Definitely a scam
This is definitely a scam. You sign up for a free trial which is shipping charges only and then find out you not only "purchased" two other products totally $44.85 but that you are automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. I did finally get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from their customer care department after holding about 45 minutes on the phone. I am returning this junk now and I've informed my credit card about the incident. Even if you follow all requirements, (e.g. returning all pills, getting an RMA number and getting a tracking number for the returns), you will be charged shipping both directions and a 15% restocking fee.
This is one to be avoided... I hate scams like these.
