charged for products not ordered or received
Not only did I get dinged for the $40.00 gum and water, but I was charged another $39.95 for a second bottle, which I did not order, and never received. WHAT A SCAM

STILL disputing after 3 months
I ordered the trial and my credit card was charged as indicated. I did NOT recieve the product before the 2 weeks BUT I called the company anyway ( only to leave message because you can NEVER get anyone on the phone) AND sent email cancelling the product within the time alotted and 3 months later I am still having to dispute monthly charges made by this company! I FINALLY got the product AFTER my second dispute, needless to say I sent it back! I have not ever had so much problem with a company. Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who stands up to fraudulent companies! SHAME ON ACAIPURE!!

Fraud and unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges from this company have been charged to my Visa account on 11/21/08 for $44.85 and 12/30/08 for $38.95. I did not authorized these charges. I only authorized the trial cost of $4.95. I have been trying to contact this company but wait times on the phone are outrageous and the recording said to go to www.getorderhelp.com and this website came up. I have called my credit card company and the charges are now in dispute. I am currently (once again) on hold to talk to them and cancel. This is unbelieveable. What can be done to stop them?

Fraud
I also ordered the trail version of AcaiPure for only the shipping charges. My account was charged the full #39.95 plus the shipping charges, then a few weeks later, my account was charged another $49.95. I only received the trail version of product. I want to know, how to STOP these people. I have sent email to them to cancel; tried to call; was told the wait was 27 minutes. I haven't got time to mess around. I am angry and to beat all; today I received another shipment which I will send back receipt requested. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated. Send any help information to: [email protected]. SCAM!
I ordered a "free" trial for $4.95 shipping and was sent 2 other products and charged $44.95. My credit card was charged another $39.95 the next month even though I had cancelled the "membership" that I had not authorized. I was on hold for over an hour and got no help whatsoever. I'm now out over $85.00 for a little bottle of vitamins, a bottle of water and some gum!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Did not order - scam
I ordered a sample then within two weeks I was charged $44.90 each for the Acaipure and Colotox. I did not order them. I called my Bank of America card and they said that if I did not get any customer service response and a refund in 30 days they would dispute the charge. I then called the customer service at Central Coast and it automatically says that you will have to wait 39 minutes (a scam so that people will hang up) I finally got through and the person on the end of the line said "I can't help you." She actually laughed at me! People were laughing in the background. I will be sending back the product but do not expect any service from reading all the other complaints. When I told the rep that I believe this was a scam she hung up on me. Unbelievable! Do not have anything to do with this company or these products. Go to your local drug store or reputable on line pharmacy.

Charged without authorization
I ordered the free trial version and they charged me for the whole thing. Now they sent me another and charged my credit card. I tried to call to cancel and the wait time is over 30 minutes. I went on line to cancel and it is automated. I'm never ordering anything from TV again. Last time, I had to change my credit card number to get them to stop sending the stuff. Now that they have my card number, the company is shipping automatically from "Fullfillment Center", Largo, FL 33773.
These ripoff companies just want your credit card number. That's why they offer it for "Shipping Cost Only". The charge is $44.90 and they make it impossible to just cancel and return the product that I didn't order.

unauthorized charges/continuation of those unauthorized charges
The real question is: HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK????? AND< WHEN????? I have called the phone number and get this "due to the popularity of our product, there is an extended waiting time of 40 minutes and 3 seconds." Yesterday, it was 24 minutes and 45 seconds. I'm going to assume that most of these calls are for a product we ordered called AcaiPure that was supposed to be free with only a $4.95 shipping and handling fee attached. That's what I thought I was getting. zi ended up with a charge of $44.95 plus the shipping fee. I called on that on 12/06/08 to get that off my charge card. I was told I had asked for the other product when the advertisement stated it was free as well. ALL ON A FREE TRIAL BASIS. At that time I told them to cancel anything that has to do with this product. They told me it was done. No, there was no confirmation number of anything since it was a free trial.
Yesterday, 1/8/2009, I received another charge of $44.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. For what????? NOthing!!!
WHEN DOES IT STOP??? A complaint to the Better Business Bureau? When???
I just became a widow in October 2008. One on a very fixed income. One with tons of bills because my husband, ion his illness, had done things I didn't know about. I'm up over my eyeballs in debt and this company is not helping me by putting this every month on my charge card. UNAUTHORIZED!!! This is not a free product. over charges/other charges
ACAipure has a sister company named Fit Factory. Today 694246 PRE-AUTH FIT FACTORY 8006608489 NV 496484 900800604 29.95 41.12 came out of my account.
Also and previously Acaipure took 41.85 out of my account while believing I'm only going to be charged for shipping @ $1.99 for a free sample of acaipure. I've have returned the other items that cost me 4.16 to ship back. Hopefully I'll get a refund for the hoodiwater and gum.
