OVERCHARGE & PASS CREDIT CARD INFO TO 2 OTHER COMPANIES
I PURCHASED A TRIAL WITH SHIPPING ONLY. THEY ADDED 2 OTHER PRODUCTS AND CHARGED ME $44.85. THEY ALSO GAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO TO TWO OTHER COMPANIES WHO CHARGED ME WITH NO PRODUCTS SENT.
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THEIR TOLL FREE #. I GET HOLD FOR OVER 1HR, BACK TO DIAL TONE OR BUSY.

Unauthorized charges
1) ordered acaipure trial for the price of shipping only ($4.95). Company sent two other products not ordered and charged additional $40.00.
2) called acaipure and literally held for 1 hour before speaking with a customer svc rep. Was told how and where to send unwanted products.
3) issued a credit of $39.90 on 12/9
4) unauthorized charge on 12/18 of $44.90

This company is charging my credit card without authorization and sent me a product I did not order. It can not be returned because RMA is required and no one answers the phone in order to get a RMA. They are good, have all their bases covered and the money is just rolling in. I hope someone can shut them down before it is too late.

Will this happend to me to iam telling you .you need to take this off my F...ing credit card ? witch has .44.90 like everone eles i got the sample one for 4.98 new its 44.90 iam calling the B.B.B. and TV. to get you out of my hair . i called my credit card they have your . number. so take my charged off my bill .you did not have my permission to do this please stop this or i will sue you . and i no i will win?so get off your ass. and take it off my bill ? dont make me email you anymore ? ??????????????????

Fraud charges
I too have experienced these same issue. I order the trial pack, was charged $44.85 on my account. A couple weeks later a charge of 39.95 appeared on my account for Acaipure. Tried calling the number they give, wait time extremly long, can not get any one. So I sent an email that same day, two days later a charge of 44.90 appeared on my account for Ccuntra. HOw are we the stop this

NO REFUND
I have been trying for twomonths to get arefund I have the RMA number sent it with the product - have proof of delivery and no refund - now I opened by credit card statement and have another charge for 39.95 I cancelled all orders from your company and demand a refund of all charges due to me. I am on the phone wih the credit card company opening a formal complaint.

Unauthorized charges on credit card
I ordered the Acaipure, the ad stated it was a free sample, you only pay $4.95 shipping & handling, I put this charge on my mastercard and they have placed 2 more unauthorized charges on my card,
11/23/08 $39.95; 12/09/08 $44.90. These charges were not authorized, nor have I received any products for these charges. I want these charges removed, immediately and there is to be no further charges on my credit card. This company is breaking the law.

Overcharged product was suppose to be free. Pay only $4.85 for S&H
AcaiPure was suppose to send a FREE TRIAL pay only Shipping & Handling. What a scam ! My credit card was charged $44.85.
Colopure was suppose to be free as well pay only S & H. Charged $44.85 to my account. I called phone number to return product and the person I talked with was very rude said it was not their mistake it was mine! And there would be a restocking fee. I will be calling my credit card company. Someone needs to check into this company before someone else falls prey .

order has never been sent
On November 25th of this year, I ordered Acai Pure and a colon cleanser. The e-mail that was returned said that my order would be shipped in2-3 business days. It ought to be here by now. The company doesn't respond to my e-mails.
