over charged
I ordered a trial version of diet pills for 4.95 and was billed 44.95 therfore resukting in overdraft fees. I want my money back but cannot reach customer service!!

PLACED ORDER FOR TRAIL WITH AGREEMENT TO PAY SHIPMENT .RECEIVED BILL FOR 69.95 ON MY CREDIT CARD .CALLED MERCHANT TO ADVISE DID NOT WANT EXTRA ITEAMS .HAVE MADE NUMBERS CALLS TO MERCHANT AND ONLY GET RECORDING WITH A RIDICULOUS HOLD TIME (40-60 MIN) MERCHANT HAS VIRTUALLY BECOME UNREACHABLE I AM VERY DISSTISFIED

didn't get product
Ordered "free" product with small shipping charge. Unwittingly, ordered extra products, but also "joined" a club. On hold for an hour. Never got to talk to someone, never got procduct, can't quit club. Can't believe how brazen this place is. Is there any hope here?

Stealing my money
Ordered "free" s ample of AcaiPure on the internet. Have been charged 44.85 to my checking account and haven't even received the product! No obvious way to get a hold of this company - still researching.

authorization charges
i only order free trial acaipure product and then charge me $44.90 and$39.90 on november, then i call always busy and need to be wait at least an hour.this is a scam! I CANCELL my debit card and wait for my bank to solve the problem, can anybody stop this again, thank!!

Specifically unchecked boxes on order form to send additional products and was billed anyway and never received the additional products that I was charged for.

overcharged didnt get product
i ordered free trial of acaiberry product paying only s/h and was charged 44.85 on my credit card.i called to have account credited for overcharge and fact i didnt get the product. afer spending 41min on hold i spoke with pete was told they couldnt credit and i had to wait to get product than return to get the credit.i asked to speak with supervisor and was told i used up my phone time and he hung up on me...one thing though you must call 866-407-1022 within 30 days from your order or you will continue to be charged they were helpful.terrible company to deal with a total ripoff

Didn't order
I ordered the free order of acaiPure and was supposed to be charged 4.95 in shipping. Was charged $44.85. E Mailed and told them I didn't order hoodia water and hoodia gum. They gave me a $20.00 credit to keep product, that was in November. I got credit card statement on 12-15-08 and have been billed $39.95 for acaipure on 12-5-08 but no product has been mailed to me. I can't take this stuff I am allergic to this product. How do I stop this credit card fraud and get credit back on my credit card. I called phone number and they tell you there is a thirty minute wait.
