Fraudulent charges
I too have had unauthorized charges applied to my credit card. I also received unauthorized products along with the Acaipure diet product. Products I did not ask for. I was also charged an additional $39 for a "subscription" in which I received nothing (not that I wanted anything in the first place). I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. Getting in touch with Acaipure is impossible. They deliberately have poor customer service so that the user will become frustrated with the 1 hour+ hold on the phone. Emails to the company have gone unaswered. I have requested an address to send back the product. But still no response.
I would suggest to anyone that has had charges applied to the card to either (minimally) request that your credit card company flag charges from Acaipure and dispute any existing charges. Better yet, change your card number by requesting a new card. Make certain that Acaipure is still flagged on the new card. My concern is that they have a lot of credit card numbers. What might they do with this information?

i stopped order but they charged my card anyway
I ordered a trial free bottle and they sent it plus other items i didn't order and it was only suppose to be 4.95 for trial and they charged my credit card 41.85 and did it twice after i canceled it and never received any think else trying to reach them is a joke

this company continues to charge me even tho I have stopped the order.
never have received the merchandise.
The phone #888-6928352 just puts you on hold and never answers. I have held on for an hour and nothing.

Overcharged and never recieved product
I placed an order for a free trial of Acaipure and Colotox. All I was suppose to pay for was S&H which was $5.00 each. I had $44.85 and $45.85 taken out of my bank account for this diet product.
I phoned the company and was told I must not have seen the ad to the right of the screen which states you want the bonus product. They mark the "yes" box for you, so if you don't see the tiny little ad, they get you for more money!
The rep told me when I recieved the prodect to keep the sample and send back the things I disn't want and they would credit my account.
I ordered this on 11/10/08 and still have not recieved anything from them and they have NOT credited by account either. I can't get them on the phone or via e-mail. They say the phone wait is 75 min. or you can go to wwwgetorderhelp.com. I did both...no one answered the phone and thwy are not even on THAT web site!!!
This has got to be illegal!!! help!!!

Charged $44.85 on Amex, did not receive any product, and want to cancel the "free 14 day sample"
I ordered a 14 day free sample of Acai at no cost. I did not receive the product and they have charged my Amex $44.85. I WISH TO CANCEL THIS ORDER, AND HOPE NO ONE FALLS FOR THIS SCAM. ALSO, I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM 4 TIMES AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A 89 MINUTE WAIT. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

charged twice different prices recieved nothing
I have recieved no merchandise, do not remember ordering any. I do not have an order number from you, but have been charged to my credit card twice. once for $54.85 second time $39.95 please cancel what ever order you think you have and credit my credit card in the amount of $94.80.
my bank has been notified to not except any future charges from your company.

didn't order it
I tried to cancel before and i was told I would have to get one more order then it would be canceled. I just got my credit card and there is a charge for 44.85. for Nov. 14th. I don't want this product. so please cancel.

I know I declined the aaditional products, but they will tell you that you did. This company is a scam. I agree strongly withthe other complaints I have read in this complaint page.
