Charged without authorization
I canceled my order returned it and they still charged me 44.85 on 10/6 and 39.95 on 11/3/08. I spoke to them on 10/8 and 10/16 and told them I did not want the product and that it was returned an I have a returned receipt and they still are charging.

trail offer cost me 44.90 and Now I got another bottle with out asking for it.44.90
I ordered a trial bottle for shipping only and got charged 44.90. I now have another bottle and never ordered it. I can't reach them by phone to send it back and cancel this product. When the product is returned their is a restocking charge of 15% and not shipping refund. I never requested another bottle. In fact I never opened the first bottle.To ship back need a return Merchandise authorizaton number and you have to call and get this.

CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR NOT ORDERED PRODUCT
I DID A TRIAL OF ACAIPURE AND WAS CHARGED IN OCT FOR $44. AND THEN HAVE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR $39.95 FOR MORE PRODUCTS I DON'T WANT AND DID NOT ORDER. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEIR NUMBER AND THERE IS 1 HR AND 30 MINUTE WAIT HAVE TRIED FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I THINK THIS IS POOR BUSINESS. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE CHARGE IN NOV. FOR $39.95.

CHARGED FOR ITEMS NOT ORDERED OR RECEIVED
THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE, THEY SAY THEY SHIPPED ME AN ORDER WHICH I DID NOT ORDER AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED. EACH TIME I CALL THEM I HAVE TO WAIT OVER 1 HOUR TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON AND EACH ONE HAS BEEN VERY RUDE AND SAY THE ITEMS WERE SHIPPED SO I NEED TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE. THEY TRY AND CONNECT THEMSELVES WITH OPRAH WINFREY BY USING HER NAME IN IN THEIR AD, BUT I BELIEVE OPRAH WOULD BE VERY UPSET TO KNOW THIS. THEY SAY IT IS LEGAL FOR THEM TO AUTOMATICALLY PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN YOU REQUEST TO TRY THEIR FREE TRIAL OFFER AND IF YOU DONT SEE IT TO BAD IT IS CHARGED RIGHT AWAY, YOU NEED TO ACCEPT THIS. WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY??

Overcharge/no refund.cancellation
Ordered free sample, they debited my account for 44.85. Immediately e-mailed to cancel. They debited my account for $39.95 on the 27th of October and again for 44.90 on 11/12. I received and returned refused the first order (my free 44.85 sample). I had to cancel my debit card and the bank is refunding my money, since I also got a hour wait message on their recording.

Unauthorized CC charges
Through a link on one of the book store emails (B&N or Borders?) there was an offer for a free sample of Acaipure with a shipping charge of only $4.95. This was promoted by Oprah Winfrey and I thought it was viable.
When I clicked on the link for availability of the free sample, the response was that it was available. I stupidly gave them my credit card and they are billing me every month for $44.95 for products I NEVER ORDERED! I've called my credit card company and will be calling the Attorney Genereal to stop these billings for this scam. Please help.

Overcharged my account
Placed order for trial product with agreement to pay shipment. Received bill for $41.85 and additional product. Called merchant to advise did not want extra items and will return. Merchant said would lower price to $20.00 if kept product. Agreed, but when next bill came, no credit appeared on bill and an additional charge of $39.95 was charged to credit card. Have made numerous calls to merchant and only get recording with ridiculous hold times (from 40 - 60 minutes). Merchant has virtually become unreachable and I am very dissatisfied. The product did not work and it is all a SCAM.

UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT
I HAVE HAD TWO UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT BY THIS COMPANY...I WANT REIMBURSEMENT AND CANCELLATION OF ANY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
WHEN CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER, THERE IS A RECORDING THAT COMES ON SAYING THAT YOUR WAIT TIME IS ... (I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE) >70 MIN.
I WILL CLOSE OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED APP 8 YEARS IF NECESSARY AND SEEK LEGAL REPRESENTATION IF NECESSARY.

Rip-Off
Like so many others, I responded to the AcaiPure offer to get a "free sample" for only a $4.95 shipping charge. My credit card was immediately charged a whopping $44.85 which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I urge everyone who has been ripped off to contact their credit card company to challenge the unauthorized charges they are experiencing.

do not know address or anything about this company -they have ripped me of for $132.00 dollars. I do not want it and they charge me and I have not even gotten the product.
