charge for service not ordered
I ordered the 0 free trial for 14 days. they charged me 44.95 for othere itemed not ordered tried to call but the hold times are 70 min at a time i have reported to the attorney general office here in Arizona. This place is a scam

scam
I too fell for the free trail offer and was charged for two more products that I didn't order. I have looked further into this, and found way down on the bottom of the order page online there is a section about terms or something and you have to read that to see that you will indeed be charged extra. However, it was young man at my credit card company who had heard of this company and had given me this idea of where to look. Something I should have seen for myself. This is a deceitful and tricky way for them to make money, and if I lived closer to Az I would be down there pulling someone out through their window. So for the time being I have sent two e-mails, two postal letters, two e-mails from their customer support page, and finally got a response from them that they acknoledged my cancellation. It is too late to dispute the charge, since i did order the product and didn't fully read the terms, shame on me. Credit card company suggested turning it over to the states attorney general which I will if they continue to charge me. I told them you have to get a rma to return the items andyou can't get through on the phone. What a crock, I wish everyone good luck with this and keep trying through e-mails and postal letters to cancel, and make copies of your letters and e-mails to show the credit card companies that you are trying to cancel future shipments.

over charged and no product
No surprise here...same story as I have noted hundreds of times on this board...advertised on weather.com...Oprah endorsed...try for 4.95 shipping...no obligation...just got back from the bank - cancelled my card and filed a complaint with my bank to fight the charges...

charged my credit card with 2 months (84.85) and was only supposed to charge me for a shipping charge, the product was supposed to be free...

No refund
I ordered a free trial of Acaipure and agreed to pay shipping costs.
I noticed as I was clicking the ordering icon that 2 other items were
automatically checked off (their suggestions) and I tried to cancel the
order and I couldn't get back to that page and there was no place to cancel
the order. Instead of the shipping fee, I was charged $44.85 on my debit card.
If I had ordered it on a regular credit card, I could at least dispute the charges.
I sent them 2 emails, one immediately after I ordered explaining what had
happening and to cancel my order.
I also tried to call their customer service 800 number and a recording said I
would have a 64 minute wait time. I tried later in the day and it would have
been a 75 minute wait time.
I emailed them again asking them to refund my card immediately and I still
haven't received my refund and it has been over 5 business days. Also, I have not even received the product so I can return it.
There is no where to turn

overcharged
I was supposed to pay $4.95 just for shipping and was charged $44.85 once and then later was charged $39.95(I'm not sure what this was for. Due to their stupidity, I had my bank account overdrawn. I would like to be reimbursed for the overcharge, plus my charge for my account being overdrawn. I would not advise anyone to order this product. This is just a scam.

Ordered free trial of Acai supplements and got charged 39.90 more than the $4.95 shipping I was supposed to be charged.

false advertising
I fell for the $4.95 shipping & handling only for a sample supply. My credit card was charged $49.95 & I still haven't received the sample. I sent email on 11-14 & 11-20 & still have not heard anything.
