taking more money than suppose to
suppose to be shipping only 4.95 take 44.25 then come back a couple weeks later and take more money 39.95 out of account.

Charged for produced not recieved
My checking account being charged, for several months now and never recieved any produced. I didn't sign up for anymore than one bottle. I just want them to quit charging me. I didn't even like the produced.

Dishonest business practices
Evidently this company is actually out of Phoenix, Arizona, however; my package came from the same name in Ft. Largo Florida.
I ordered a free 14 day trial of AcaiPure to only be charged $4.95 shipping. However; when I received my order, included were two products--namely Hoodiburst Gum, $9.95 and Hoodiawater, $29.95 for a total charge of $44.85.
There was nothing of the order form for me to access these two products on the internet.
Dishonest business practice. I did not try the AcaiPure, nor did I open the other two things. Even if I had liked it, I would never reorder from a company that would blatantly send more than ordered and bill my credit card.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a trial of AcaiPure in Oct., 2008 for $4.95 shipping and handling and was charged an additional $39.95 for more product that I did not authorize. I would appreciate a refund and even more importantly, for this company to be banned from deducting any more money from my account

Overcharged
I ordered the trial sample and was supposed to only be charged for shipping; instead they charged my credit card $44.85. When you try to contact them, you're told "our calling volume is very high at this time and we take calls in the order received and it will be approximately a 73 minute wait". Obviously the wait is due to them overcharging people!!!

billed for items I did not order twice
order the Acai Pure free trial and was billed for Hoodiburst gum and Hoodiawater for $41.85 as well as billed again a week later for $39.95 for a product I did not order or recive. I tried to contact them by telephone on 3 seperate occasions waiting up tp 71 minutes and then I was disconnected.

my credit card was charged for two items I didn't request. I agreed to a 30 day trial of their product AcaiPure for s&h of $4.95. I received the trial product and two others I didn't agree to, but was charged for.

charging my credit card for unwatned products
I ordered a trial of the product called Acaipure. I received the shipment and was billed 4.95 for the product. I then was billed 39.95 as I hadn't sent back the unused amount. I then got billed anohter 44.90 for another shipment of Acaipure which I didn't order. Apparantely, when I ordered the trial bottle, I ended up getting signed up for some program to receive regular shipments of the product. I received no paperwork in the mail to confirm this or anything other than having my credit card billed.
Today I contacted the customrer service number and waited over ONE HOUR to speak to somone who was completely rude, who told me that the co. shouldn't have to "hold my hand" to read the fine print when I was ordering the product. I informed her that the most recent shipment was sent back as refused and she let me know that I will not be credited for the shipping and that there is a 10% stocking fee.
This is very poor customer service and there really needed to be some form of follow up letter with the shipment confirming
what I had supposedly signed up for to be billed for the product once a month. Instead, there was a single page flyer sent with the bottle not giving any information about the sign up at all.
I am separately filing a complaint with my credit card co. to get the charges re-credited to my credit card.
