sent products I did not order and overcharged me
I ordered a sample of Acaipure and you sent me a bottle of that and two other products that I did 'not order and charged me 44.85 instead of the $4.96 I was told I would be charged... now this month I receive another both of Acaipure which I dojn't want Your frigging product doesnt agree with me.. I will send both bottle back to you and want you to to credit my account for 44.90 less the 4.95 shipping.. And cancel any more items you chose to send to me..do not make any more charges to my credit card as I will be bring legal action against you for false advertising..etc

no refund/ sending more product
i ordered the Acaipure from this company. i was not happy with the product and so i called and got a return # from them. i returned the product and i still have not received my refund!! and then found that they mailed me MORE product and charged me!!! i called their toll free number and the message said that there was a 90 minute wait to talk to someone!!! i have e-mailed them 3 times and still have not heard from anyone!!! i don't know what to do!! i can not believe that they can get away with this!!! what is a Consumer supposed to do in a situation like this? i feel like my hands are tied!!

MAJOR RIPOFF
This product is a total ripoff. BEWARE DO NOT TRY FREE TRIAL. They charge uyou 44.98 and you don't get anything . Then when you try to contact them you get a machine I had to cancel my credit card. I hope everyone can read this cause I won't rest till there outta business

I ordered the RiskFree Trial Offer only and now I am being charged on my credit card for 2 orders. I received the free order only. My order # is 1336267. Please take these 2 orders off of you list. And take my name and info off of your list. I am furious about these charges. If not resolved soon, I will call my credit card company and have the charges removed immediately! overcharged/never received product either!!!
I was told that I would be charged $1.99 and i was charged $44.85. I have tried to send e-mails it comes back as not an existing e-mail address. I've called the company to try to cancel and ask why I have not received my order. I also asked why I was over charged. The rep couldn't answer any of my questions. The rep told me that there was delays in shipping that it hasn't been shipped out yet. He also told me that I would have to wait until I get the product and send it back and when they receive it I would get my money credited back. This company is a scam and I just want my money put back in my account ASAP. I told him at this point I don't even want to try the product because I was lied to about the charges. He just hung up on me. Not to mention I stayed on hold for 75 minutes. That's RIDICULOUS. WOW! what a nasty business... PLEASE respond to my e-mail or let me know what I can do about this. overcharge
This was to cost $4.85 for S.& H. Well they took $44.85 out of my acc.I keep only a small amount in my bank acc. for the internet.Well they paid this co. and took $35.00 fom my acc for a thing called sure pay to pay any checks that come into my acc if there is not enought there to pay the check, the banks pays it and I have to lose #35.00 for there untruthfulness.Then to make matters worse I had wrote out another check for $11.54 and of course the bank paid that and AGAIN charged my acc another $35.00All because this co charged me $44.85 instead of the $4.85 they said it would chg my acc.Now try to get them on the phone is a BIG JOKE.It says they have so many calls coming in it will be about 72 min til I can get thru.Yea I wonder why they have so many calls or should I say complaints.Now I have the product can I send it back with out opening it and get my $44;85 back plus my $70.00 to my bank acc? My bank wants me to file papers, so I guess that is what I will do because I can not get to talk to a person @ the co. So do not send them a penny because they will wipe ouy your whole bank acc.

taking money from my account
they advertize a free trail for $1.95. they charged my credit card $41.85 on 10/31 and today $39.95. i only should have been charged $1.95. i tried to call email and chat on line. they are very bad, horrirable people. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!
