overcharged for products did not want, website misleading, never received products
was only to be charged 4.95 shipping handling, my account was charged 48 plus dollars, 8 days later, still have not received my product, revisited the website and emailed their customer service several times and not getting a response. i will have to cancel my credit card to stop further charges, read the fine print at bottom of the page and uncheck the boxes on the website so you don't get charged extra for products you dont want

Illegal charges
I received an email saying that Oprah suggested and supported this product. Acaipure offered a free trial for only shipping. I then called the number to cancel because it didnt work. The hold times were over an hour. I was then charged 39.95 and then another 44.90. This is a scam and we all should do what needs to be done to get this cleared up. I called for 4 days straight and there has been over 60 minute hold times. I called today and waited over 60 minutes and still didn't get anyone! This needs to be stopped. I will file a complaint with the BBB as wel as make as many legal complaints possible.

Charged for items not ordered
I too want to complain about ordering this product AcaiPure from centralcoastnutraceuticals. I wanted the free trial for just the cost of shipping $4.95 (it cost them $2 plus change to ship). I was sent two items I did not order and was charged $44. I've tried emailing and calling the company. No response. Today when I called it said I had a four minute wait; I waited 60 minutes. You need an authorization number to return. Can any help?

Sent and charged for items not ordered
I responded to an add in good faith and was supposed to recieve a free sample and pay only for shipping
but they sent extra items without my consent and billed me $44.85 this company is a big rip off and
I would not recomend them to anyone and I will never do business with them again

WAS TOLD CREDIT CARD WAS DENIED AND CHANGED CARD AND CHECK BANK ACC.AT 5am
AND INSTEAD OF 4.95 IT WAS 44.98, HOW CAN I GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF?THIS SCAMB NEEDS SOMETHING DONE ASAP.

NOT BEING ABLE TO CANCEL.NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE
i BOUGHT A TRAIL FOR ACAI PURE THEY SENT IT AND WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL FOR HEALTH REASONS THEY SAID THERE WAS A 62 MINUTE WAIT SO I WAITED AND NO ONE ANSWERED EVERYTIME I CALLED THERE WAS A LONG WAIT TIME AND NO PERSON EVERY PICKED UP.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a trail of Acai Pure capsules for $4.95. Now I find two more charges for $39.95 and $44.95 which I did not agree to. I tried to call the number and got a recording saying my hold time was estimated at 76 minutes. I have notified my bank that the charges are not authorized and will take steps to change my account number. I want the money back you have wrongly taken from my account returned.

didnt order product, and keep getting billed
I have been billed again for #44.90 and did not order the product. This is the second time I have been billed. Was supposed to be billled $4.95 for free trial and now I've been duped. You can not reach andyone at the phone number provided. I want a full refund. i will send back product, but they are requiring an authorization number which you cant get!!

ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER..CO.DOESNT ANSWER PHONE TO CANCEL ORDER
This Co. makes it impossible to return and cancel thier product. I received product I didn't order and invoice states you must have a RMA# to get credit for any product returned, however the lines are always either busy or there is a hold time of 74mins. (at last attempt) I"ve tried e-mailing with no response..I had to file a dispute with my credit card Co. They also claim no credit will be given for pkgs marked Return to Sender...
