SCAM
Same as every other complaint listed...order the trial order for $4.95 and was billed $44.90. Could not reach company by phone, e-mailed cancellation of product, but still continued to recieve product and be billed. Currently disputing charge with my credit card company to hopefully put an end to this expense non-sense. To make matters worse, I don't believe the product does a thing! Pissed in PA.

Overcharged
Ordered the promotional free trial bottle for shipping and handling fees only. Charged $44.95.
Making attempts to contact company for correction.

scam of
November 13, 2008, I placed an on-line order for the "FREE TRIAL SAMPLE" of Acaipure, pay only $4.95 shipping & handling. November 18, 2008 I receive my credit card bill showing charges of $44.85. Was I pissed!!! I called and called the company phone number, was placed on hold with the minumum wait time of 58 minutes. I hung up, that's their plan. I then called my credit card company and immediately placed the charges under dispute. The sad thing is the credit card company cannot "block" charges. I then penned a very strong FORMAL COMPLAINT letter to the corporate office, address listed above, telling them how I was scammed. I also advised them that I no longer wish to receive that so called free sample and that I do not authorize any new or future charges to my credit card. I requested immediate credit of $44.85. Will see how long that takes to resolve. I added that I would be in contact with the Attorney General's office if the matter was not resolved immediately.
I hope that Oprah learns that she has sponsored yet another scam.
I know I have learned my lesson.

false advertizing
I was scammed, order a trail for $4.95 and they charged me $44.80. They wont reply back to emails & I waited 55 minutes on the phone when they laughed and hung up without talking to me. Thank God it was their dime, not mine.

Unauthorized credit card charge
Returned trial bottle and willing to pay the $4.?? for it. Had bad headache and stomach ache as result of taking the diet pills. Was sent another two bottles (did not order this) and was charged $39.95. I returned the unused order plus the trial bottle and asked for at least a credit to my card for $39.95, with the result that on my next statement I had an additional $44.90 charge on my credit card. I am very, very disappointed, especially since this was supposedly a product that was featured on Oprah. I have been calling the company continuously for the past week and have gotten a recording that informs me there is anywhere from a 70 to 50 minute wait "due to the popularity of our product." HAH! I am 75 years old and can't believe I've been taken...but then, I believed what was featured on Oprah.

Overcharged for a sample of product
I ordered a SAMPLE of ACAIPURE (which I've heard only good things about) for $4.95. My bank card was charged $44.85. Tried calling toll-free # and was told there would be a 75 minute wait.
After reading all the other complaints, I decided not to wait and talk to them. Seems like it will do no good. I have emailed them and told them to change my bank card charges.

They charged two months on my credit card on acaipure I did not ordered or received.

Overcharge for TRIAL OFFER
I responded to a TRIAL offer; which I was only to be charged $4.85. Instead I got charged $40.85 & on top of that my bank ended up adding another $29.00, as my account ended up overdrawn. I can't afford to lose money like this ... I'm inches away from total financial ruin.

The charge of $44.85 being charged when it was a sample and they are taking advantage of people ordering the sample for $4.99 and charging for a supply for a longer period which wasn't ordered.

Did not order product
I do not want this product sent to me and never ordered it. I ask for a free sample, never authorized them to bill me anything.
How do I get a hold of these people and ask them to stop mailing and charging me.
