Being charged for product that I did not agree to receive monthly.
After trying to call this company four times since Oct 24th., and being put on hold for 20 or more minutes at a time. I gave up and called my credit card and filed a dispute.
On Oct 15, 2008 I was charged $41.85 on my credit card, which was only to be $1.95 for a trial size. I received a package in the mail on Oct.24, 2008 and I refused this package and sent it back to the Floria address. On Nov. 4, 2008 I was charged again for $39.95 . As of today Nov.14, 2008 I have not received this order, But when I do, I will refuse it.
I would like for all pass and future orders to be cancelled.

Overcharge
I was suppose to get a free trial and be charged only for shipping which I was not. I want my money refunded and my order cancelled. What a scam.

charged for something without my consent
i just wanted a sample i was lonely supose to be charged shipping and handling my account wa sover drawn now i have to pay nsf fee i did not ask for this i will be taking this futher i want my money back $44.50 and the $38.00 nsf

I order and item for $4.95 for shipping only and they send me other items that I did'nt order with the total amount of $44.85.What is this a rip off company that tells you, your are getting something for free and try to milk you for something else and then they charge you for items you do not want .

Merchandise charged & delivered while I was out of State.
Charge & Delivery of Acaipure was made on my Visa. I was out of the Country and returned to late to pay the Visa Charge on time. This resulted in a late charge of $29. Have notified my Visa not to accept future orders on my card. Will only place future orders when I need them and with a check inclosed for amount payable. Do not want my credit to reflect bad habits of late payments. Plus this is money wasted which I can't afford. Thank you.Order date: 10-24-2008 Order number:1390654

Did not order AcaiPure dietary supplements but was charged for them. Have been unsuccessful in my attempts to call asnd return product for a full refund.

charges for things I didnt order
I signed up for the free trial and was suppose to be charged $4.95 shipping and handling and got charged $41.85. Apparently there were items on the side that had the boxes checked in them for additional items I didn't want or know about. I tried contacting them through email and it said to allow 24 to 48hrs for a response and don't send the email again. Well it's been 7 days and I have not heard anything.

Scam
This company is bogus. Do all your research before purchasing. Be prepared to pay $45 for a "free" trial. Also be prepared to not receive an answer when calling or emailing. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute all their charges. I will now email all the companies that they use for advertising (Oprah, Today, Rachel Ray, ABC, CBS etc.) and advise them that their name is on a scam. It is easier to go into your local Wal Mart and purchase the Acai pills and a colon cleanse. At least there you get a receipt, product, bag, change (in most cases), a real phone number or live person in case you need a hassle free return and a smiley sticker. Simplicity. =) Nevertheless, I will NEVER purchase from Central Coast Nutra again. I strongly advise that no one, (unless you enjoy punishment) purchase from them either.

CHARGED $ 44.85 FOR FREE SAMPLE ON INTERNET
this company was supposed to charge only $4.95 for shipping for the product. but when i saw the charges on my credit card it was $44.95. it happned on 11/12/08

Weight Loss Pills
I went online to purchase the Acaipure product and was supposed to be charged shipping and handling $5.95. I just happened to check my bank account online to find they drew $44.50 from my credit card. Fortunately, I had the money in the account to cover the draft, but I want compensation for charges that were taken without my consent. You do not get any confirmation or anything, no way to track item and I am concerned this may be a continuous withdrawal. I am still searching for a phone number to talk to a person to get this resolved. I refuse to talk to their automated system!!!
