unauthorized charges
I submitted a complaint earlier and went back online to check my bank account, because I used a debit card, and noticed that another product that I ordered was also using the same customer service phone number. The name of the other product is Celebrity Smile and the product is a teeth whitening product. I am checking to see if I am going to have the same problem...Yes I am having the same problem and yes it is the same company!!! Go figure, the luck of ordering from a very dishonest company, TWICE, all in the same week. The only solution to keep from getting anymore charges is to cancel your card. Don't count on them being honest and not charging your card again. Read the other complaints and how they keep getting charged for unwanted stuff (CRAP). I do agree with the other complaints about contacting the attorney general in the state that the product was shipped from. GOOD LUCK!!!

unauthorized charge of debit card of $44.85
My order arrived today and I too was charged $44.85 when I only authorized a charge of $4.95 for shipping on a FREE trial. I was very careful (I thought) to read everything on the site that the offer was being made on, one that OPRAH was saying was good, and was still dooped! I am canceling my card in the morning due to the dishonesty of this company and the fear that they will make further charges to this card. I'm not real sure, but I think that there may be some recourse through your credit card company. Call the product company and get a return authorization number and send the stuff back and be sure to notify the credit card company of what has happened, file a dispute and then cancel the card. You can get another card easier than you can get your money back from a bunch of crooks. This will stop anymore charges on that account from this company.

card charge but product was returned
I have been charged for a product that I have returned almost a month ago and my credit card has not been reimbursed for the charges. I have just received another package. I am returning this. I need to receive a refund.

I recently e-mailed you regarding this product and someone was suppose to get back with me. That is know way to run a business. I think you guys are scammers. I really wanted to cancel this order, and know one got back with me. I was suppose to only get a free trial and was charged 44.82 for god knows what. My order # is 1549966. If this is not taken care of, I will go to further actions. Please contact me ASAP!!!

OVERCHARGE
I ordered a free trial and agreed to pay shipping only of $4.95. Acaipure charged my credit card $44.85. I have disputed this with my credit card company. They charge my card again for $39.95 for something I did not order nor did I receive. I have disputed this claim also. Again they charged my credit card $44.90. I have disputed this claim also. The only way I can stop them from charging my credit card is to cancel my card which I have had for 20 years. After holding on the phone for one hour I finally spoke to a person. I was told that they sent me to additional items (which I did not want) and said it was automatic unless I "opted out." I do not remember reading this when I requested free trial.
My advice to future buyers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THINGS YOU DO NOT ORDER.

over charge
I ordered ACAIpURE AND IT WAS TO BE A TRIL WITH SH BUT YOU CHARGED Me 44.85. NOW I HAVE ANOTHER CHARGE ON My CHECKING, FOR 39;95 I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL OF IT. I CALLED AT CANCELD THIS BEFORE THE TRAL WAS OVER SO I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING MORE CHARGES. A REFUND PLEASE.

Charged me for $44.85 when it was to be shipping of $5.95 only
This company is a rip off...they charged me $44.85 instead of the $5.95 shipping that was stated. I even read all the fine print and it said nothing of charging me more. It has been over two weeks and I still have not received anything. What was Oprah dreaming up when she told us about this product...Is she in on the take???

Over billed
I ordered a free trial bottle of acai pure tablet s with shipping handling of 4.99, I was charged for a botttle of hoodie water and hoodie gum. I was charged for two months. They then sent me more after canceling. I called the company in October to cancel (by leaving a message). I have been billed, yet again, but when I tried to call again, I was prompted to a line to cancel only to get a recording and unable to leave a message. I

Received product after cancelling and account billed.
Initially, I received and was billed for items I did not ordered. I returned the items but still have not seen a credit to my account. I cancelled all future orders, however I have received another shipment and account billed. This company needs to be checked!

Ripoff
Like all other complaints - the government needs to prosecute. We are looking at a class action that should tie up any assets they have for sometime and identify the specific people so we can take direct action if you know what I mean. They charge your card for items you do not receive and provide misleading information. I contacted Oprah who is very interested in use of her name for practices that do harm to people. Do not order with a credit card. We cancelled our card a filed a dispute (they are sending a new card). These people are playing a dangerous game and will no doubt pay in many ways for their exploitation.
