false advertising
SHAME ON ME!!! I thought I was getting something good for a cheap price and did not read the Terms and
Conditions. WOW, it's all there folks and I have to eat my own words after crying out loud about being cheated. My excitement overcame me and I did not read the most important part of the contract. Will never do this again.

reorder was sent and not requested
I order a free one month trail of AcaiPure with shipping and handleing charge of $4.95 I recieved two items that were not requested Hoodiawater at $29.95 and Hoodiaburst Gum at 9.95 and was charged a total of $44.85 to my card and i have recieve a another bottle of the AcaiPure and charged $44.90 . This was not ordered by me. My card has already been Charged. I have been on hold for 46 minutes and still not talked to a live person. According to the packing information and bill They will except this back if it is unopen within thirty days but "ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. What can be done about this?

billed twice for one item
I've called many, many times to advise them of the double billing. Always a recording- then switch to music, then recording again. Never a live person. I have called different times of the day, during their mountain time business hours. It's always the sam, recording and. No response.

I was charged for something that was supposed to be a free trial. This is a rip off. Do not send for these products as you will be scammed.

Lied to & Overcharged
When I called the telephone number listed on the bottle to complain about receiving items I did not order and complain about them charging me for these items, the yhung up. When I called back and tried to speak to someone about cancelling this order, the ysaid I had to leave my name and order number which I didn't have. I left my name & phone number, but the message said the answering machine wasn't operated by a human, but was done electonically or something. THIS IS A BIG SCAM AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT!!!

Overcharge for trial
I ordered a free trial size of AcaiPure for a fee of $4.95 for shipping only, without any further commitments, my dedbit card was charged $44.85 through a company on my bank statement named CCNNUTRA. I had to e-mail the company to request a refund of the difference without further committment. I will keep you updated.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the free sample of Acai Pure and paid $4.95 shipping. When I received my "free sample" there was gum and hoodia water drops included with a charge of $44.85 This was drawn from my checking account on 9/26/08. On 10/26/08 my checking account was charged $39.95 for products NOT ordered or received. Please help me! Glada J. Hettinger

AcaiPure sample order
I sent for the sample size at $4.95 ( s&h ) INSTEAD I received other products I didn't order plus they debited my account for $44.85 that I in no way authorized !!! I have tried to contact them thru the # given & web-site BUT you can't ever reach them so I went to my bank & placed a complaint against the co. & canceled my debit card, so they can't take anymore out of my account JUST BECASUE THEY DECIDE TO, I also sent an e-mail to Opra's web-site since she does back this product. I'm hoping her team let's her know exactly what this company is doing to hard working people who don't have the extra money to have just taken out of their bank accounts. in today's world it's all about greed.

Acaipure - ordered a free trail offer just to pay shipping, and was billed $44.85. This month I will billed again. How can I stop this?
