charges
i order this acai pure, where they said send only shipping and handling of $4.99. but after checking my bank account they took out 44.95 from my account. i try emailing them to find out what happened and no one returned my email.

False Charges
I ordered the FREE trail, that was only supposed to charger me for handling and shipping, which was supposed to be $1.95. about a month later I got charged $39.95 for a product i did not receive. Don't order, this is a scam.

misleading
web site very misleading. I thought I was getting free sample
of acaipure capsules. Received them plus appetite suppressant
and gum. Charged 44.85 for suppressant & gum. The next month I was charged 39.95 for the capsules.

overcharged/ unauthorized charge
Ordered free trial offer that was to be free plus shipping, recieved two additional items I didnt order and was charged 41.85, and them a month later I was charged again for 39.95 for another order which I didnt order, this was and unauthorized charge on my credit card. And after numerious attempts to contact the company, I notified my bank about the charge and notified the state Better Business Bureau.

Over paid
I sent for free sample as recommended by Oprah (at least they used her picture). I received the AcaiPure PLUS two items I did not order (ordering the two items was checked, I had to uncheck them). I didn't see this. My account was charged $45. I finally got through by phone. They send it back and I'd be credited $39.95! I sent back the two items and my charge account was CHARGED the $39.95 and not credited. I couldn't reach them by phone and my email was returned. I paid $75 for this Free product. I sent an email to Oprah but no answer. I called the company today and their number is disconnected. I was Scammed. Norma

did not receive credit for merchandise returned and I did not order
I ordered a risk free trial of acaipure and no where on the add did it say that you were going to be automatically enrolled or going to ship you out gum and some other stuff. I immediately returned everything. I was charged for the items returned and automatically billed again the followwing month. I was credited for $39.95 but not for the original charge that I never agreed to. This is a deceptive practice. I am demanding my account credited immediately.

unauthorized debit of my bank account
I paid $1.95 shipping charges for a free offer and 1 month later they debit my bank account for $39.95 without my authorization.
