overcharged
I ordered aFree bottle of AcaiPure and they sent me the free sample plus 2 other products and was charged $44.85 on September 8th 2008.and I called the company and complained and sent back the other 2 products. On my Oct. 14th Bank statement there was another charge of $39.95. I intend to call them today for an explanation of these charges. Please advise on what I should do. Thank you Suzanne Martin

returned product and they still took money from my account
I sent the product back. I had a tracking number and the product was returned on 10/18/08, I also email [email protected] w/all the information and on 10/27/2008 they still took money from my account. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting my back to get this company for fraud. |

over charged/didn't order
I ordered two products at a 1.00 trial period each. I was billed 44.85 and 45.85. When I seen this on my account I called 1-888-692-8352, spoke with someone they said I had 30 days to return the products. The day I received the products I mailed them back(refused from postman/return to sender). Then I received another package, I called the company, I also checked my credit card statement to see if I was credited from the first returns and I seen 3 more charges 38.95 and 39.95, and for the new package 44.90. From what I was told the first 4 charges I was billed, is the trial offer and other product I did not order. I will not get back any refund unless the products are returned within 30 days, I mailed them on Oct. 3 and today is the 27th. He said when you refuse an item from the Postman, that since its costing the Post Office money to send it back that they take there time and that my packages are probably still sitting at the Post Office. This is just there way of keeping your money. So when you send a package back make sure you get a tracking number and you probably should close your account out. If they do credit your account anything there going to charge you S&H and a 15% restocking fee.

sent and charged for Hoodia Gum and Water which was not ordered
Emailed several times got an acknowledgement back after the second request to be patient and that they have many emails to responde to. I bet they do, if they were upfront with their FREE trials maybe they wouldn't have so many emails!

unauthorized charges
I ordered a trial offer with $4.95 shipping. They deducted and sent products which were not ordered and charged $44.85. Acaipure has now deducted a further amount of $39.95 from my bank account and I definitely did not order anything, as they were told to cancel my "trial offer". This is unacceptable business practice.

unauthorized bank withdrawal
THE SO CALLED FREE TRIAL FOR ACAIPURE WAS NOT FREE, MY DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED $41.95 FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $4.95 SHIPPING, I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YET!!! I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, THIS TRANSACTION CAUSED AN OVERDRAFT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I AM OUTRAGED!!!

did not order product
I recieved a package in the mail with acaipure on in. I opened it up and relized that i did not order this. I have had my checking accout debited 44.80 on 9/10/08 and another 39.95 on 10-14-08. I sent this "stuff" back to you and you have not returned my money to my account. I would like some answrs as to how you got my account info and why, without my knowlegde you took money out of my account. How did you get this info? I am expecting to hear from you real soon and to also have my money put back in my account by the end of this week or legal action will be taken on my part for illegal practices. how dare you take money from me and send some kind of "stuff" that i did not order. please contact me at one at my e-mail address or you may call me at my home number at 309-799-3761 on tues., thurs. or sat 9a-5p. that you for your prompt response on this matter.
