never received but was charged
Have never received my product but was charged for it - $44.95 on a free trial then I read fine print. Tried to get a hold of company on my credit card account and was unable to get anyone to answer the phone.

Ordered 9/22/08, have not received anything
Ordered AcaiPure, a diet drink, on 9/22/08. Credit card amount hit bank. $4.95 & $29.00. Today is 10/6/08, I have not received anything, Can not seem to get in touch with the company.

charged me $44.85 instead of 4.85
Sent for FREE sample and was to be charged $4.85 shipping. Instead I got charged for $44.85!
I called my credit card company and will work on getting a refund.

overcharge for product
I had order Acaipure, which was supposed to be $4.95, for shipping. I had $44.95 taken out of my
checking account. On Sept 8, 2008, $33.95 was taken out of my checking account, for the small
bottle of Hoodia, which was listed on the previous form, as no charge. I had another for $44.90 taken out
of my checking account on 9/22/08, for product, that I didn't order, and I haven't receive it.
When I called the company, I told them that I didn"t receive the merchandise, I want the money place
back into my account. They claim the merchandise was already send out. I was told when I receive it,
sent it back to the company, I will receive, part of money back within 20days. At this time it s been
it has been past 14 days. I am filing a complaint against company, and I would like my money back,
as soon as possible.

Overcharge
I ordered this product which was supposed to be free except for a shipping charge of $4.95; I was charged $44.85. I don't know why I did this, I've always lived by the rule, it's not free if I have to pay a penny! I was scammed but it will NEVER happen to me again. I will be writing to Oprah to let her know that this company is using her name, if she doesn't know it already! I will also contact my bank to find out if I can have this charge reversed so these scam artist will not get any money from me!

Over Charge
I ordered the 14-day trial of AcaiPure for 1.95 I was sent without notice 1 bottle of Hoodia-Water for 29.95 and 1 pack of Hoodia gum for 9.95 I was billed without permission 43.97 I tried to call the 800 # no one answers it keeps giving me a web-site I e-mailed a complaint and never have gotten a reply. now I have been charged for the pills 29.95 because I can't get ahold of anyone to get it sent back or get a refund.
