I ordered a free trial of AcaiPure with a shipping and handling charge of $4.95. When I received the product, I also received HoodiGum and Hoodia Water with charges of $9.95 and $29.95, respectively. I did not order these two items but they were shipped and billed to my credit card. I emailed the company to cancel my membership and instructed them to not ship any further products. I decided to again try calling (I had called on about 10 occasions prior to this) and was told that due to excess interest in the products, there would be a hold time of 61 minutes. I decided to hold and did so for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Finally someone named Dawn came on the phone and I told her I did not order the two additional products that came with my "free trial". She informed me that the second page of the order form on the internet had two yellow boxes beside the area for entering credit card into. That these boxes signified shipping the two additional products unless told not to by deselecting the box beside yes. Nowhere was mentioned that deselecting the box was necessary to decline shipment of the two additional products. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and while I was talking with Dawn, I told her I was not going to return the two items nor was I going to pay for them since I did not order them. She was adamant that collection proceedings would be started. Ok, go ahead. This is totally a scam, which I remarked to Dawn when I was talking with her. I have been took this time, but it will not happen again. I returned to the website to order this free trial and input some ficticious information to get to the credit card info screen. Low and behold, there were the two boxes she had mentioned, with check marks in the "yes" box to ship the two additional items but I reread all the info and nowhere was it mentioned that it was necessary to deselect the "yes" box (remove the check mark).
Hope this helps others.
