I also signed up for the free trial of the acai berry and the purity 12 supplements, I didn't take them for more than a week so I dont know how effective they are, but I suggest going to your local supplement store because you can find similar products there for way cheaper and way less hassle. To cancel Purity12, I went online to verifyyourorder.com, all went well I got my confirmation # and thought I was good, then today I look online and theres an $89.00 charge to my bank account, so I called the number and spoke to a cust. service rep. who was actually pretty nice and sounded like a human being, I told her the situation and she said there was no record of me cancelling my account. She was saying that I had to fax or email them my confirmation number and they would review it blah blah blah. I told her I wasn't lying, that I did cancel and I simply can't afford to continue service, she started to give me the email address then put me on hold for a minute, when she came back she said they would give me a full refund within 10 business days and that I don't even have to send back the remainder of the product. Yeah, it was a pain having to call, but really I was only on the phone for 7 minutes, she wasn't rude and I didn't really have to fight her to get a refund, so all in all it wasn't so bad. With the acai, I simply called and asked to cancel, the lady didn't try to keep me as a customer which I thought was strange, but as long as there are no charges from them, I don't really care. I also had to call some other company that they automatically signed me up for and cancel that as well, but again, it was pretty painless. With the acai company, if you call and get a recording saying to leave a message and someone will call you back...they won't, just call back until you reach a person. These were the numbers I used to cancel...
