unauthorized charges
I ordered the trial bottle of Acaislim on November 23, 2008 after carefully reading the agreement. I did not see anything in the agreement saying that I was agreeing to getting billed for this product every month and believe me I was looking. Got my order and was going to call as soon as I got the bottle to be sure there would be no further charges because I know how these companies operate. Lo & behold, No phone number or return address with the bottle. It wasn't until I received my credit card statement in January did I see the phone number to call and cancel and that's because there were two charges for 79.95! Called and was put on hold for 12 minutes. Finally a very snippy girl kept telling me I agreed to it and said the reason there was no phone number with the first bottle was because they're going "green" and don't include paperwork with the bottles. So I kept asking her how a person is supposed to cancel their order when they don't have a phone number or address until it's showing on their credit card bill. Incredible! I've been scammed so many times, whenever I order anything online I try to be so careful and I thought I'd covered all my bases but these a**holes got me! Don't order Acaslim!

unrecognized charges
I had gotten a free trial of Acaislim (key work free) I only had to pay shipping. Now I am looking at my bank information and I see a charge on 12-26-09 $79.95. This is an unknown charge and I NEVER signed up to receive further supply. PLUS I’ve been charged for a Fit plan I never signed up for $19.95 for December and January. BOTH of which I have never signed up for. Also, my bank account may suffer charges because of this unexpected error of $79.95 plus $19.95 for December and January ($19.95+$19.95 +79.95=$118.95) also there are additional $35 bank fee per charge if there is an overdraft. I would like my account restored and my money back. This needs to be taken care of ASAP
This can not wait for 3 to 5 business days to have this restored to my account. It needs to be done ASAP so further charges will not occur. Also I want everything canceled so I will not get this or any other charge again.
PS. From an unsatisfied customer I thought you would like to know a free trial was nice ESPECIALLY when I only had to pay for shipping. But instead I got a bunch of charges that I never agreed to. I believe this is unfair and you are taking advantage of people. In my case I am trying to plan for a wedding and these kind of problems are inexcusable. That money (total of $118.95 plus bank charges) put a real damper on my wedding planning. I am already on a budget, I don’t need sneaking mysterious bank charges (that were never agreed to) to make matters worse.
Putting my problems aside, I don’t think this is a good business move for your company. Not only do customers get upset, but they will tell their friends and their friends’ friends not to buy your product, and to watch out for sneaking bank charges. This is not good at all for your reputation. I believe you need to be more careful on how you sell your products. From what it seems like is that you are more concerned about the bottom line and the making money, that you forget that people are involved, and lives are involved. America has enough trouble right now staying on its feet without sneaking gimmicks and schemes to knock them off their feet.

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered a trial supply of the Acai Slim and was charged 180.00 on my American Express card for two orders. Ionly ordered once and it was atrial offer. I NEVER received another bottle and certainly did not authorize a charge og $180.00 Luckily I used my AMerican Express card and was immediately refunded.

only ordered trial but chgd for 85.55
i only ordered trial to pay shipping but i have been charged shipping plus 85.55 twice. i called only to be told that the conditions of 85.55 was in the agreement but i did not see an agreement page when i ordered the trial.

When I received my cred bill, I too was charged for a product that I did not agreet to. I had to try several times before I got to actually speak to someone about this problem

unathorized use of my credit card
acaislimdiet.com charge my credit card twice without my authorization and i think the enrolled me in the monthly supply shipment. Please help me. What can I do the receive my money back. And only ordered a trial bottle of the acaislim, now I just saw my credit card statement and I been charge $ 79.95 twice. without my concet. I donot want to deal with company anymore. Please tel me what to do. Thank you. Your helpwil be much appreciate.

Charges not authorized
I ordered a "free" sample, paying only shipping. I was charged $79.95 and then received another unordered shipment and charged another $79.95. I am now on hold with the company, waiting to speak with a customer rep.

UNAUTORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
I ORDERED A FREE TRAIL SIZE OF ACAIASLIM & PAID THE HANDLING FEE...THE PRODUCT DID NOT DO WHAT IT STATED...IN A FEW WEEKS I RECIEVED ANOTHER SUPPLY WHICH I DID NOT WANT NOR DID I ORDER...I'M ASSUMING THE BILL IS IN THE MAIL...HOW CAN I STOP THIS?????
