AcaiSlim was ordered, several bottles were received in Sept 2009. Moneywas withdrawn from my checking account, via my debit card. I called cancelling the account, prior to the end of the trial requesting product return instructions to obtain a refund. I was told another pkg had been mailed and my account was due to be charged again. A refund could not be issued until all items were returned. I returned the first package on 10-31-2009 the second pkg on 11-10-2009 using RMA #67566000214368090925 as instructed. The return address was AcaiSlim USA, 22100 E. 26th Ave. # 100, Aurora, CA 80019. I have a phone number of 877-268-9379 I found using Google. I called the number today, 2-22-2010 and was told that they have not done business with AcaiSlim USA in some time now, stating they had never processed orders at this number, I distrust that last statement. They advised me to look back at my bank statement to locate a phone number or call my bank and ask them to do the same. I relocated to 9106 Merrick Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269 in Oct 2009. The second pkg was forwarded to me at this address. I also have Acaiforcemax.com and [email protected] on the email return instructions I received. All items were returned as instructed. The email states, the refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and processing the product back into our Warehouse. I have my receipt and the U.S. Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt stub as well as the email in its entirety. I have attached the return instructions and the recipt from the USPS.
