kept mechandise and my money
i was charged for mechandise that i hadnt ordered and i had returned it unopened like i was told and they still havent credited my debit with the 89.00 that i am still owed .. this shouldnt be allowed.and i need my money back asap.

I HAVE THE ORIGINAL ORDER, THAT I COPPIED OF THE COMPUTER.NOTHING STATES THAT I WAS TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL BOTTLES.I WILL BE SENDING THEM BACK;ALTHOUGH I FEEL STRONGLY THAT YOU SHOULD BE PAYING THE POSTAGE, I WILL BE NOTIFING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, I THINK IT IS LOUSY THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE.

I ordered a bottle for $4.99 free trial, while on Today Show. I have received two more bottles which I did not authorize and charge on my debit card, without prior notification. How do i return the product and get my money back

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
$89.97 USD WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND I AM NOT INTERESTED IN BEING ON THE AUTOSHIP FOR THIS PRODUCT . I WILL BE RETURNING THE UNEXPECTED NEW SHIPMENT AND I WANT A REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT. THIS WAS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE AS I ONLY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON DEC 7TH, 2008. I NOTIFIED YOU ON THE EVENING OF THE 21ST TO SAY THAT I DID NOT WANT THE ACAI/AUTOSHIP.
