To Whom It May Concern:
This letter of complaint is to advise I still have not received my one
month supply of the Acaix 3 Berry supplement. Your company charged my account on 4/22/09 $88.55. I called immediately on 4/22 to cancel which Katie assisted and gave me my cancellation number of 042009-2606140. She then transferred me to a Chad. He gave me an address in Draper, UT to mail my order back to so I could receive a refund. He also provided me a RTA number 111408404220912088 to include when I shipped the product back.
No product had arrived so I called back in on 5/22 and spoke to a Todd. He advised to be patient that I should receive the bottle any day. Still no product so I called back in on 6/3/09 and spoke to a Justin. Since I had just moved, I gave him my new address and advised he would ship out a new bottle. Nothing has arrived to this day but you sure did take my money.
I called again today, 6/23 and spoke to Katie (12103) who was very rude to me. She was short with her answers and said I need to check with my post office. I requested a manager and she refused to allow me to speak to anyone. I requested a new representative and she said to hang up and call back.
Why do you allow this kind of treatment? Do you not monitor your calls for quality? Do you not stand by your word and mail your products promptly? I think I have been more than patient with “customer service.” This has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have had.
I am in the customer service business and frankly, we would go out of business if we treated our customers the way you treat people. You do not deliver your products as you say and you steal our money. I am appalled and would never order from you folks again.
I want my money back and will continue to complain until I am satisfied. I want a response back ASAP. If not, I will complain to the Better Business Bureau and any one else that will hear my complaint.
