Would not give refund
Had a pop-up on a website to order a free trial for AcaiX & ColoPure Clnz products for $4.95. This was on July 16th. Called 2 wks later to let them know that I hadn't received my order. Said would only be charge $17.95 and give a refund of $20. Finally received ColoPure Clnz 2 weeks ago and got the AcaiX on Aug. 24th, almost a month later. The ad said would give a refund within a 10 day trial period. How is that supposed to work, if you don't get the product in a timely manner. When I called on the 16th, the gal on the other end said it had been shipped. They blame USPS. Whatever! This is a spam and I warn anyone to order this product. I finally got ahold of a supervisor today that said if I shipped one of the two bottles back, I would receive a $49.95 refund. That is better than nothing, but I would like to have the whole amount of $87.74, that was charge to my credit card, refunded. Be aware!

scam
advertised free trial...was charged for 2 free trial @ $2.79 apiece which I NEVER received. They instead charged me for 2 separate regular orders for a total of $87.13, which I could barely afford because I'm swamped in hospital, doctor & dental bills. I have since been able to find no way to get my money returned and I had to go to a live chat forum to find out that they had signed me up for a monthly supbscription to continue ripping me off. I got a confirmation number (supposedly) to cancel my membership but who know whether that's even legit. So, to make sure they will not keep ripping me off, I'm going to cancel my checking/banking account & open a new one. There should be more policing of these sites & a way to get our money back.

Charged Without permission, no address to cancel, used AOL news site
While looking at CNN feed on ACAI diet products, comments all good, I was directed to a Helen from Hudson, article, very close and bathing suit season is here. it offered a free sample and trial period. Before that time over $88 charged to my debit card.
PKG ID 24106262 was mailed from Salt Lake Utah Perit No.6146.

There was no returns address. I called all numbers on the ad

515 number and any others all nonworking
I sent a certified letter to the company who made the pills (Solaray sells ACAI. $14.50 about the same size plastic bottle) I usually buy their Guggul and was thinking ol Helen was starting her own one product home business maybe get it for $12? no way.

No where in anything I read did it mention $88.+.
I mailed the certified letter to:May 28. 09 ($5.50)
Real Technology Labs

This gang stinks...and they seem to show up all the time with no one able to track them down or get money back.
Last year this time I was taken for $150 by a Mr. Vento forst on E Bay, I was paing for an antique Lundby dollhouse I had a picture of for 20 years and two complete boxed sets of furniture for it (I had a houseful stolen from my storage...a few years ago.
After he cashed a Money order for 3/4 of the price he called and wanted the second postage amount wired which E Bay does not advise, he had left E Bay by then, no way to contact him.
Didn't hear from him again but all of a sudden there were Mr. Vento RE all over in New Port Richey FL close to me. He lived in West Palm area.
I had a lot of trouble with Utah Mormons here and Nelson Utah Genealogy and investments have separated me from my only son for 23 years while being robbed by people looking for souvineers of their mistaken ancestry.
I think it is all related.
I am unable for 23 years to stop thefts by my own relatives, ex in laws, even ex friends at Syracuse University, because they made money with a Mormon false ancestry tribe, maybe this is more of their ANY HOLIDAY, Florida E-Buy scammers . Maybe same mormons that falsified all my genealogy for Hollywood Brats, (not Scientology)
Helen Miller ACAIX3 Hudson seemed to copy the AD style of yet another add on AOL News feed from articles by Oprah .
I wonder how much they cleared at $88 for a $14.50 bottle of supplement.
Somebody needs to find out ?

took funds from bank without permission
I thought I ordering a sample of ACAI from a Hudson FL woman. I was to try a sample for a mailing free. I received the product and took the pills ACAIX3 for a week, I usually take a few months break from a GUGGUL supplement during the year.
They took over eighty eight dollars from my bank account without my permission a week or so later. The number on the e mail contact (I no longer have the e-mail) is non-working in UTAH.
My bank said" probably a scam" and cancelled my bank card number and gave me a new card.
Sat. May 23 I received a second bottle with an address: REAL TECHNOLOGY LABS, 970 W. Broadway STE 83, Jackson WY 83001
I am writing a letter for refund to mail after Memorial day.
I cfound nothin but good things about ACAI when I looked before, But there was no name for the company to check.
After reading the bad comments about ACAIX3 I doubt if I will get any money back and they probably will not cancel my order.

free bottle turned into $88.55
We ordered the FREE bottle of Acaix and did not see any terms of receiving more product, but within the week we received a full bottle and a charge of $88.55 to our account which we did not approve. We returned the unopened product and called the company and they said they would refund our account. We kept checking and they said it had been done and would be back in our account by May 15, 2009. Guess what, we are still waiting. We called again today (May 19, 2009) and was informed that it would be another ten days. Needless to say we DID report this to our bank and they are investigating this matter for us. We also think this is a scam, so be carful...
