Ordered sample product, paid shipping of $2.79 and then was chg'd another 88.55 before sample arrived, cannot cancel because they won't give out phone number!

As many have done, I ordered and paid $2.79 for a trial offer of ACAIX3...They say their phone # is listed on the website, but for the life of me, I couldn't find it. 10 days after they hit my account for $2.79, they hit it again for $ 88.55 (you have to agree to this, apparently..READ THE FINE PRINT! to get the trial offer)..for a 30 days supply? I never got the trial sample, and 8 days after they hit my account for $88.55, I received the 30 day supply..No packing list, no phone #. I found a phone number on my bank listing..when I called it, I was referred to another number (this company definitely wants to hide!). Upon reaching the 2nd number (which is 866-951-1393 - if anyone needs it), I was told they would cancel my account...but would not credit my account for the charge, as they sent it, I authorized it by signing up initially, etc. When asked for their address or to speak with a manager, I was told they do not give out the address or city locted in..and a manager would not help. Frustated, I finally hung up without satisfaction. I am out over $90 for a product I now believe does not work. BEWARE!!!

I signed up to try this product. They sent me a bottle in early April. I opened it, thinking it was the sample bottle. It contained 60 capsules. I was going to cancel, then received another bottle in the mail, which was the 30 day supply. So I called the company customer service. I told them that I opened the bottle that I had received first thinking it was the trial. She said no problem and to just send back either bottle. So I waited about a week and called to find out the status of my refund. I was told that since I had opened the first bottle (apparently the monthly supply) that they would not issue me my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to speak to me. So I am out 88.55 because of their fraudulent actions. I got the companies address in Reno, Nevada. It is ACAIX3, 6100 Neil Rd, Suite 500, Reno, 89511. I am willing to drive their from California to get my money back. I know I will loose money on the deal, but these guys are crooks and need to be stopped.

I replied to an ad offering a $4.27 sample bottle for trial. I did receive the bottle but have discovered that my account has been charged $95.13au and I have not received another bottle. I have tried numerous times to contact the company by phone using many different numbers and have had no success. Could someone please inform me on the best avenue to pursue my dilemma. I want to cancel my account immediately.

I also decided to try the free trial of the AcaiX3 I ordered the product on the 18th and received it today - 9/24. I also was told to order the Natura Cleanse to do at the same time - ordered the 19th and received today as well - 9/24. All the complaints listed here are for the same product and many never received the product. My fear is that I will get charged for the additional products, but don't want to be if everyone says its a scam. Any suggestions? Should I try the products and still cancel my order? Reading all these complaints/reviews is kind of freaking me out.
