refund
i order acaix3 on 5/2/009 and just receive it on 5/18/009 but they already charge mi card with out a real trial they say is from the day you order that you count the 14 days trial not from the day you receive ""and really try the products "" so their are liyers ""faults advertisement""

SCAM
omg i so fell for it too thankfully the shipping charges were still pending and i called my credit card company and cancelled the account number!! so now i just have to wait for the shipping and handling charges to hit my account and then have them cancelled!! DO NOT BUY THIS OR FALL FOR THE SCAM, they will even call you if you back out online and tell you that you wont be charged and apparently you will.

WANT A REFUND
I ordered Acaix3 on 4/21/09. On 4/30/09 I still had not received the product. I tried to call the number (866-949-0138) I found on the website and was told that they do not handle this product. I attempted to call (866-951-1393) and did not get an answer. I tried the first number 2 more times after I received a charge of $88.55 on my account. Again I was told that they do not handle this product, but miraculously the product showed up within 3 days instead of the requested refund. I have since called my bank and placed a stop pymt on this transaction and canceled my card. I am going to call them back and file a complaint as well, especially after reading some of the other complaints on this site. I wish I would have seen these first.

I ordered the trial size and paid for only shipping, three days later I received a full size in the mail and was charged $89.00!!! The mailing bag did not have any statement in it, it only contained the bottle of pills. I tried to locate the company on the web site and it also does not contain any phone numbers or any area to contact customer service. I am an educated older and I thought wiser woman, boy was I scammed. I now need to contact the BBB and my bank to stop any further debits on my account.

Billing/ Never Ordered
I never ordered this product. I am not sure how they recieved name and/or address. When I tried to contact them regarding the trial sample that I was sent I could not find any contact information. I eventually found some numbers on the complaint website and called both 1-866-951-1393 and 1-866-882-1281, both customer care reps that I spoke with were from the same third party company. I was informed that they did not have any account information for me and weren't sure why I recived the product, but were certain that due to the lack of billing information that I would not receive any charges for it. I will keep my eyes open just in case, but BEWARE. Obviously this is a SCAM. They had no contact information that came iwht the product and if you can't reach them it is most definately a scam.

no phone number to call to cancel order
I cannot find a phone number to call and cancel my order for ACAIX3, their website doesn't have one, only wants you to order free samples(that costs you a lot in the end!!!). Can you please help me find a number? The last two Free samples of acai berry I recieved cost me 163.00. Thank you for your help, Tonja

TO THE COMPLAINTANT THAT CANT CANSEL BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THE PHONE # HERE IT IS...1-866-822-1281. I SUGGEST THAT YOU GO TO YOUR BANK LIKE I DID AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THESE ARE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES BEING PUT ON YOUR ACCT. THEY WONT LET ANY FURTHER CHARGES COME THROUGH. BE CAREFULL WITH THE ACAI COMP. THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU, THEY WONT WANT YOU TO CANSEL.

charged for product not received
I ordered a "free" trial of the Acaix3 on 4/10/09. As of 4/21/09 I had still not received anything, but yet was charged $88.55. When I called their office on 4/27/09 I was told that I was charged because I didn't cancel my subscription after my 1 week "free" trial. I informed them that I hadn't received anything to try, therefore I demanded a refund. I was told that since the next bottle had already been shipped out a day prior that when I received it then I was to return it and then they would refund me my money. It is now 5/11/09 and I have not received anything. I just called them again to inform them and to demand my refund since I haven't received ANYTHING so how am I supposed to return a bottle to get my refund when I don't have it! I was told that there was nothing that they can do and they would not refund my money. I am currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
