Refused to Allow Me to Cancel
One week after placing order, I received the product in the mail. It was terrible. I tried one "pill" it was powder in a capsule that left a terrible taste in my mouth and hurt my stomach. When I tried to cancel, I spoke with someone who could "not find my order." When I ordered, I wrote down all of the information. Yet, I was told that neither my Order Number, Name, Address nor Phone Number was in the system. Thus, I could not cancel. One week later, I received a second jar. I used the online contact information to cancel and the site kept stating that I wasn't entering the security code correctly. That was false. This is a scam!

UNABLE TO CANCEL
HAVING BEEN CHARGED THE 2.79 FOR THE TRIAL ORDER, I WANTED TO CANCEL ANY FUTURE ORDER. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE.
THE COMPANY THAT HAS HANDELED THE BILLING "GOOG-PRO 1-877-208-6490" AND MERCHANDISE HAS NOW INFORMATION ON MY ORDER...NOT EVEN MY BILLING INFORMATION FOR WHICH THEY ALREADY BILLED ME!!! THEY REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER NUMBER FOR "ACAIX3- 1-866-882-2181", THEY TOO HAD NO INFORMATION ON MY ORDER BUT YET THEY BILLED ME!!! THE ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER -6279635- MEANT NOTHING!!!
I HAVE CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT ANY FURTHER BILL WOULD BE DEEMED FRAUDLENT...HOPE THEY'RE RIGHT...THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUISNESS. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE, I'M STILL TRYING.

no number to cancel wrong # on site
I ordered the free trial of ACAIx3 and received recently. In trying to cancel there were no numbers provided. I went on line and the number provided was the incorrect number. I called and the representative indicated that they were not part of the ACAIx3 or any product they offered and that they were trying to take care of the problem. When I asked for a number to call all they could suggest was BBB... they were rude, quick to speak their innocence in the matter and hung up. I went back on the web for numbers to no avail. I will be charged 88.plus within a few days because a cancellation number in non existant. This is crazy and illigal advertising. What can I do?

NEVER ORDERED GOT THE SAMPLES IN MAIL AND RETURNED THEM AND CALLED AND CANCELLED PRODUCED NEVER ORDERED AND WAS STILL CHARGED $88.55 . CALLED COMPANY AGAIN TO CANCELL WITH CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND STILL CHARGED . YOU WILL HAVE TO CANCELL CARD TO STOP CHARGES ...BEWARE...HERE IS THE NUMBER TO CALL... HOPE IT WORKS...1-866-951-1393

Did not received product
I was offered a free trial of ACAIX3 through an email. My bank account was charged for shipping and handeling. It was to take 2 to 3 days for delivery. It has been over a week and I have not received the product yet. I have not been able to contact the company as I did not received a comformation by email.

Unauthorized charge
I signed up for the free trial offer and was immediately charged the $2.95 to my account. I never received the trial size offer, but immediately received 2 60 capsule bottles and was charged $88.55.
I tried to contact them by email and no response. Contacted my bank and had my card cancelled and reported them as fraud. I receieved the following number that is in service 1-866-882-1281 and spoke with Tommy (#12021). He informed me of the fine print and I told him my case. He spoke with his manager and told me to write a certain rga # on the bottle and send it back to their company and that I could keep the other bottle and still receive a full refund of the $88.55 that was charged to my account. Tommy is the best employee to speak to I believe. Hope this helps and I hope this will help me too.

unable to cancel, didn't even receive my free trial. Received bogus e-mail address after telling them I was filing a complaint with the OH AG'S office on their bogus business practices.
