Did not order
I received a trial sample then a full bottle without requesting it. Unable to reach anyone by phone so
I called my credit card company and they are classifing the charge of $88.55 as a fraud and are cancelling
my card, then re-issuing me a new one. This will prevent the billing of any more unauthorized charges
to me.

can't ge my money back
i'm not a company. just a comsumer. i rder the trial size on line and received it and a day later the company took 88.55 out off my account for the next shippment and that was om4/20/09. i was to receive my shippment in7to10 days. today is the 4 of may and i still haven't received the shippment yet. when i talked to the company on friday they told me to wait till monday and see if i get it by then but, i haven't. if i don't received the item thsey will only refund half my money. i have sat here everyday till my mail came and i did not get the itemyet and it is well over the 7 to 10 days. i'm on a fixed income and only receiving half my money it not exceptable. can yous please help me. because of of this i only have about 17.00 dollars to get me through to the second wednesday of May.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
I along with others ordered the trial size ACAIX3 diet supplement product. And received product on May 1st, started using on May 2nd. Looking at my bank balance on May 4th realized I was charged $88.95 to my checking account without any authorizion from me on May 1st. I was not given a reasonable time to see if the product was any good. I did get to talk to someone at the company by calling 1-866-951-1393, but not sure if I will get my refund as they are saying once I receive the addition product and return to them then they will refund. I am looking into where we can report this scam of a company. But most of all I am upset that Ophra and Rachel Ray would be part of this underhanded, company practice to get peoples money.

Yes, I just recieved my second bottle after getting the "free sample" two days ago. If you get yours from the lab in WY, call 1866-951-1393 and they were very helpful. They canceled my account and also gave me the address to send it back. In order to send it back they have to give you a RG#. The address to send it back is, 405 E. 12450 South, Suite I, Draper Utah 84020. I was also given a cancelation number.

scam-no info provided to cxl trial
I had a similar problem to many whom have posted on this board- I did receive the trial offer of AcaiX3 on 4/29 ( orginaly ordered on 4/22) and began to attempt to cxl that same day but the shippment is sent in a plan gray bag- no company name/address or phone number provided -thats when I knew this was a phishing scam to get my credit card number( which I provided for the small shipping charge of .99 cents) I found a phone number on this board the following day (1-866-951-1393 ) that someone else had been able to use to cxl so I tried it amazingly within a couple of minutes I reached a customer service- named Meisha she claimed they are a third party company that only provides account service for AcaiX3 and that she had no contact info for them either- after I explained that this was a huge scam and I wanted the account closed and no further charges were to go through she provided me with a cxl #
( 0430092640013) and assured me the account was indeed closed.now whether it really is cxled and account closed I will have to wait and see -I continue to check my CC /account every day-
and today 5/2 I just saw the charge for the shipping of .99 cents which posted to my account on 4/30 as well hmm-the phone number provided with the charge is 1-866-882-1281 ( it is a recording that states they are closed on Saturday and Sunday call back during reg business hrs ) since it is saturday today I am not sure if it is a number that will help ( i planned to check and make sure the account was closed) but I hope this will help those who are looking for contact info for the company ..good luck I think i dodged a bullet and was able to cxl before they charged the 88.55 to my CC-thanx to others who shared what they knew.

CALLED THE BANK AND THEY CONFIRMED PURCHASE. I REC'D ORDER (PRODUCT) TODAY AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT THE DAY BEFORE ON MAY 1, 2009.
THE PRODUCT ONLINE WAS A FREE SUPPLY...WELL, IT'S A LIE!
PLEASE HELP..I WANT MY MONEY BACK..

Difficult to cancel order
Tried to cancel order and found it rather difficult to get much info on doing this. Tried to with an associate on line and then with customer service by phone ...Finally got a conf.# but when I begin to ask questions...I was cut short and told good bye

I also order the free trial and was to receive in 2-3 business days. I called this number ACAIX3 866-882-1281 and was connected within minutes. The service rep cancelled my order within minutes. When I asked the question how I was charged he told my I authorized this before I entered my account number. I went back to page where I entered my information and there is no 'term agreement' to read. I asked how and why the monthly bottle was sent out before the FREE trial bottle. He blamed in on the 'MAIL'. Whatever, this is definiently a SCAM!!!
I can't believe that all the TV celbs that endorse this product and did not do their research before promoting this to the public viewing.
These News channels, TV host, TV clebs, need to realize we as consumers thake them at their word. If you can't believe them who can you trust. I think this is a GREAT investigation story for 20/20 reporters.
Anyway, I have contacted my bank today requesting the stop payment on this transaction, and a new card. The only way I knew this was being charged is I check my banking online eveyday.

Unauthorized charges
I saw an advertisement on my e-mail web site for a sample of ACAIX3 in return for payment of postage. I agreed to pay the postage in return for the sample. Since receiving the sample my credit card has been charged for their product which I neither ordered or received. I called them when I received the sample because there was a note in there indicating I would be charged for and receive future shipments. They indicated they would issue a credit to my credit card, and as of today no credit has been issues.
