cancel any orders
I signed u p for a sample and doctor told me it was not for me. When I tried to reach them to cancel any further orders I could not get them on the phone. I tried 3 times and they told me to come here. I did not order any more than the sample which I already paid for. But they did this to a another lady in this bldg. and continues to bill her for 99 dollars each time even when she sent it back. If this is not resolved within the week I will turn it over to my brother in law who works for the tribune and also states attorney as it seems this is a scam. they have had over 3 addresses from different states that we know of so far. NO MORE

Rip off
I was unable to contact you about stopping this order. I think the product does not work and I did not like the free trial. I want my money back!!! I will be contacting my bank to stop any further billing. I am serious You are a rip-off!!

false advertisement
we ordered a free bottle of acaiX3 diet pills. we pay shipping of 2.97. well 3 months later our checkin account is being charged 88 dollars. that we knew nothing about because it wasnt on website. and the pills dont even work.

Not ordered
I received an UNordered bottle of AcaiX3 today. I called 1-866-949-0138 to find out why. They said I ordered it in September. I told them, no, I did not. They asked for my email and I gave them my private one - used only by my family -and they said I ordered it there. NO, NO, NO!! Did not! They actually asked what I wanted them to do about my so called order. I said CANCEL IT! They gave me a confirmation number and said I would not receive any more product. They had no explination for sending it to me. They also said they did NOT want it back. Companies always want the product back, so what gives? BEWARE of AcaiX3!! They will catch you unaware!!

no refund
I have tried unsuccessfully since 4/09 to receive a refund. Refund # 6550760 Sent me a check directly for $ 88.65
plus finance charges @12.24% since 4/29/09. I believe this company is a fraud

BEWARE, WATCH OUT!!! BIG SCAM!! BIG SCAM!! BIG SCAM!! BIG SCAM!! BIG SCAM!! BIG SCAM!!
First they give you15 days to cancel your free trial and take 13 days to send it to you so there is no time to try the product then when you call to stop the order, they continue to send the product and charge you even if you already called in. They charged my credit card $88.55 for four months each time using a different name (ie., Diet Nutrician or healthy Diet or Healthy Diet2) just to elude the credit cards companies if you told to not accept the charges. When I first called the company to cancel the product they said they couldn't find me in the system. Then I told them I wanted then them to reverse the unauthorized charges and they refused. Finally after call and a threat from my lawyer they finally cancelled my order but refused to give my any refunds even though I sent the product back 2 times without even opening the package and wrote all over the package "please cancel and refund this order" When I asked why they would even credit me for the returns they said, "didn't you read the fine print on the terms and conditions - no refunds or returns. A $350+ lesson for me!!!
LET ME ASK YOU? WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS ?

refund
I* have been trying since May to receive a refund. I returned all of the
product and they acknowledge it was receivred. Every time I call which has been very many they say there was a problem crediting my account. I called the bank and they have no record of a credit that was attempted. In fact my bank took the info and credited my account and attempted to get the money back . They were unsuccessful and debited my account again. This caused me about $200 in negative baqlance fees. These people are dispicable and should be shut down.

does not work/unexpected cost
I ordered the "free" trial based on an advertisement on a local News website. Since then I have received three more bottles of pills, and my credit card, that I charged the original S&H on, has been billed $88 each. I have taken the original sample plus one bottle, with no noticeable results. Perhaps someone could advise how to get them to stop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I cancelled on the 15th day as the terms for service stated. They logged that I cancelled 4 days later so they charged me 89.00. I called to complain and they were rude and actually hung up on me. They refused to hear my complaint and said they had no supervisors or any other way to file a complaint. They rip you off and refuse to talk to you afterward!!!
