Order placed on July 15, 2010 via the internet in the amount of $39.95 for 1 bottle of ACAIx3. Nothing received as of July 29, today. Called company and was given a UPS tracking number that is invalid when I checked with UPS. Company told me item shipped 2/24. I was told that the bill on my CC for $87.13 was done because my 15 trial period was up...But that is not true. Today is the 29th of July. They also gave me an RMA # so I could return the goods, if I ever receive them, along with an address of 3007 Greene St, Hollywood, FL, 33020.

I was unable to talk to anyone after many phone attempts today. They have an internet service web site for support and I used the chat feature. So I've documented all this, and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. The site is www.myordersupport.com. I cut and pasted my entire typed conversation into Notepad for the record.

I called to cancel a legitimate order, received a cancelation confirmation, the person on the call tried to sell me an additional product and I said NO. Last week I received the procuct ACAIX3 (which I have NEVER received before, although they say so). To be reimbursed I need to return the product I didn't ask for at my expense! I also have 3 International Service fees, and Florida is in the USA, so did I also have to pay to speak to people that did not understand or speak english well? The product does not work and they are a total rip off, and I would like a response to what is being done about this, I did see all the previous complaints so is this company being addressed to answer to these or just being allowed to continue to rip off the citizens of the USA to only take jobs out of the USA and charge the citizens for it!

I REQUESTED YOUR TRIAL OFFER AND WAS NOT IMPRESSED. I CANCELLED THIS 3 WEEKS AGO, RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN. THE WEBSITE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR ANY OTHER WAY TO TALK TO THE COMPANY.

Asked for free sample of Dietary supplement for 30-day trial, was charged for S/H and did not receive free sample until 2 weeks later, meanwhile, according to them, the tral period had been reduced to 10 days and started the day I was charged for the S/H. i was charged $88.55 and a day later $72.21. If I ever receive the $88.55 shipment I have to return it to them for full (?) refund. How about the $72.21? I have contested charges with my C/C company and my State's Attorney General. These people have to be put out of business and prosecuted for mail fraud.

Ordered a trial bottle of AcaiX3 paid initial shipping cost, never received the product and not only they charge the initial shipping but the charged $88.88 a week after. This company is in cohort with Bromalite doing the same thing. Bromalite at least sent me the product but had in very little print that this was just a 12 day trial and I will be charged $69.95/mo thereafter. A complete Rip Off. Don't buy from these companies.
