RIPPED OFF
Do not buy anything from ACAIX3 I placed an order for a sample from Natra Pure and then a 2 days later was charged $88.55 to my credit card two different times. Two weeks later received a bottle and called the company. I just called again because I was told when the bottle is returned they would issue my refund and now they tell me they wont refund my money nor send the bottle back to me. She said oh sorry I don't know what to tell you. They want your credit card number and want to charge it up.

unethical practices

Have so far had to call twice to cancel. The first time the company would not give me a cancelation number and simply said to consider it done (yes, that WAS a red flag, but I didn't know what else to do at the time). I called my credit card company and they told me I would have to wait another month and if they charged me again I could dispute the charge. Big surprise, I was charged again (by the way, the charge shows up with a different merchant name--same amount--and the customer service representative did acknowledge that it was the same product). I called the credit card company again and they connected me with the customer service company. The company said there was no record of my previous call and that since I didn't have a cancelation number they would not refund the charge. The representative would not let me speak to his supervisor (have you ever heard of a reputable organization that refused to let you speak to a supervisor?). He told me I had called the wrong number, etc., etc. Ultimately, they wouldn't do anything about it (except give me a cancelation number this time--no doubt because the credit card company was on the line with me). Citibank wouldn't do anything about it either. The Citibank representative said that since the company maintained that I hadn’t called previously, they couldn’t do anything about it. So much for Citibank’s charge dispute services—all the company has to do is claim they are innocent and Citibank washes its hands of the issue. So now I’m out $177 (again, so far).

Paid for Nothing
Acaix3 is a scam of all scams. Received my sample - didn't work. I had some physical reactions to it. Cancelled it. Was charged for two months within 2 weeks. Never received product. Had to search for a number to call because the one I had didn't exist any more. Finally found one on line, called, and was given an oh well attitude and it's all my fault. Very poor service. I didn't even receive the product in the mail so I was charged for air I guess. Operator stated it was sent so I should have received it and that's all there is to it. Don't buy this product. Oprah Winfrey endorses a faulty company. Shame on her.

company will not refund money
My complaint is the same as the other 202 complaints I saw on the BBB web site last Wednesday. I sent for a trial order in Mar 09, never received in and was billed on 6/10/09 and 6/17/09 for $88.55 each date. I called the company because I never received any shipment and they told me the 30 days after the trial date in Mar 09 had expired and I could not return the product and get a refund.
I am posting this to let people know to do a formal complaint at the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and file a complaint with the BBB or Iowa State Attorney General.

Canceled but they still billed my checking account
I ordered a free trial of Aciax3. they billed my account before the trial period was up, I called that day and canceled. I've called three times since then and they keep telling me that they will have my money back in my account within three to seven days, that's since june 6. They also signed me up for something called powersale and something else that I can't remember the name of, They charged my account for 29.95. The powersale billed my account for 35.95 and the phone # there has been busy since Friday. I had no idea that I was signed up for this stuff and don't even know what it is. I don't know the company name so I don't know how to contact these people if their phones stay busy.

I POSTED AN EARLIER COMPLAINT AND SOMEHOW MY PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. PLEASE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN GIVEN THIS NUMBER, 304-312-3556 TO CALL IN ASSOCIATION WITH THIS PRODUCT, PLEASE KNOW IT IS ALSO A LIE. I AM A VICTIM JUST LIKE THE REST. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT TO STOP THEM FROM CHARGING ME FOR PRODUCT THEY NEVER SEND (NOT THAT I STILL WANTED IT ANYHOW). GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US.

credit has not been applied to cc
I have repeatly, called to verify a refund on pills that were sent back via fed ex on 5/7/09. I keep on being told by the customer service reps at 1-866-951-1393 that my refund has been processed. It has to this date not hit my credit card company. I want to know what the hell is going on. Is this the way you get back to the customer for not buying your product? How long does it take to refund $88.55 to a credit card? The reps keep on telling me it has been processed, it has been processed, yet they will not get me to anyone higher up than the reps. I want resolution on this.

Unauthorized charges, refusal to refund
Responded to e-mail for free trail on 5/8/2009. Paid the 2.79 shipping and handling. Called the customer service number at 866-951-1393 on 5/14/2009 to cancel the order. spoke w/a female who took my request, said the order was cancelled and that the $88. 55 that was charged to my account the day after I submitted the free trial offer would be refunded because it was within the 30 days.
As of 6/18/2009, I have not received even the first package from them and assumed that the order cancelled and that the $88.55 that was charged to my account refunded. In fact, the $88.55 has not been refunded and when I called the above number and spoke w/ Sean on 6/18/2009 was told I would not be receiving a refund and that no, I could not speak with any else regarding my complaint. So, not only did I never receive the product, but was charged both the $2.79 shipping fee as well as the $88.55.
