FRAUD
I fell for this scam of a cheap trial $2.79 of which I get this bottle in the mail. There is no way to contact the company who makes the product, or where it came from. A month later I received a package in the mail with an address of which I didn't know so didn't open the package. Then on my bank statement I hada $88.55 charge. The original bottle came with no paper work, no contact into and I was never able to attempt to cancel this charge. After MANY MANY phone calls to the company listed on my bank statement I got no where. Very evasive, very rude, very poor customer service and when asked to speak to a supervisor they stated they were a 3rd party and I couldn't talk to anyone. I kept calling back, getting the same answer. It was a call center of which is a dead end. I feel sorry for others who fell for this scam. My only recourse is to cancel my bankcard so they don'tcharge me again because I know that I will continue to get charged even though they said they cancelled the account. People beware. NEVER buy anything on line that says it's a product to do anything quick for you. I learned my lesson... hope you do too!

fraud
I too was scamed by this company...I ordered the "free sample" 60-day money back offer with the AcaiX3. When i received it like others it was in a white envelope with nothing inside except the bottle, a day after that I received a "free" Nature Pure bottle etc., not reading the "fine print" as I was told later I did not realize that they would be charging my credit card in the amounts of $89.31 and $87.13. I called the numbers listed on my bank statement (used my debit card) and actually spoke to someone at Nature Pure (1-866-267-3025) after starting no refund, to half refund, I told her that I would contace BBB that this was a scam etc, she promised to repay the amount of $89.31. We will see what happens...Then to the AcaiX3, started calling the number (866-481-0090) from my statement, recording to cancel product press 1 etc., finally got the option to speak to someone, after holding 28 minutes I started looking elsewhere, needless to say cannot get ahold of anyone... The bank is cancelling my credit card number and filing fraud charges...THIS IS SO SAD!!!
The pills did NOTHING except to increase my migraine headaches!!
BE CAREFUL...I have learned my lesson, wish I would have looked here first. If anyone ever gets ahold of them, please let me know.

no refund
I never received the trial bottle and then was charged for a 30 day renewal supply. I dd not know when to cancel as I never received the trial. I called and cancelled and then sent back the bottle they charged me for 15 days ago and still no refund I called them again today and was told that there was an error when they tried to post refund. Was told theyh would try to run thru my credit again, but would take another 7 to 10 business days. I was told could not speak to a supervisor as they would tell me the same thing as rep So I guess the only thing I can do is wait for my refund and keep calling

SHIP AND THIRD PARTY COMPANY
I do make a mistake order online and give out credit card # on shipping charges for the first time that after the trial bottle, they charge me the first bottle with full price 88.55 that I call back and cancel and told me to return the bottle once I received to get a refund. From April21 till now, I still not getting my full bottle, but they already withdraw the money, this toll free # on my account, call and told me that they are third party, do not handle refund, unless, i give them the package back, how can I send something that I never received it. ACAI IS cheating and not honest to customer, their customer service is just a third party person do not care or help you at all...what kind of services, trial bottle with 15 pills which is not helping you at all...

Fraudulent charged my account
I ordered the free trial offers: Purity 12 and AcaiX3 and paid shipping fees of $2.79 and $4.99. I didn't see the "contract" they hided at the bottom of the main website. This contract is intentional hidden from you so that they went to charge me $88.55 just 3 days after I received the AcaiX3. The bank statements showed that they charged me $88.55 one more time less than two weeks later. I just received the package 2 days ago. I am talking to my bank to dispute these charges.
In addition, I found places you and I can go to file formal complains about fraudulent business practices. Read the website: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov or http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/products/pro16.shtm. File complains with BBB at the city where the company locates, in my case is Scottsdale. This website lists all consummer protection organizations nationwide: http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/stateconsumeragencieslist.php
John V. Hager, LeeAnn and many of you, if you watn to contact me, please email: [email protected]. If we work together, the TV or media will hear our voices. I am thinking of contacting the local media in the bay area. Your ideas are welcome. I can put up a website to post information allowing all of us to file formal complains them.

Non cancellation at my request
This web site business "masks" the direct address to cancel an order for monthly shipping.
The agreement notes are at the bottom of the first homesite page - not where one would ever expect - plus the font was miniature in size As I read through the site pages - multiple pages - I was pleased because I was looking for the auto-charge notes. Didn't see them on any sales pages.
When I was pleased to finally see an offer for "free trial" which would allow me to test the product and then sign up for it if it worked, and had signed away my address, credit card, etc, and hit the send on the info - THEN the details showed up.
No address was clearly available to cancel immediately. I called the only number that I could find and the guy told me how to cancel and the time frame. I wrote a hard copy letter (which I have and have the post mark on it - as it was sent back ) and all of this safely within the time frame to cance.
I received a package of ACAIx3, sent it back to the manufacturer with copies of my cancellation letter, etc. They wouldn't receive and forward the package to the ACAIx3 people. It was returned to me the same day they shipped me my 2nd bottle.
Thank heavens I saw this site and found the real number to call and cancel. They still refuse to refund me any money since "you didn't follow the policy for cancellation" - This was not so, and I feel totally scammed by this company

ACAI X3- DO NOT BUY

Stole money from my account- No product shipped
I clicked on a box for a free sample plus shipping, when i did so the terms in conditions popped up and then disappeared. I had no confirmation email, no customer service ph# was listed in terms and I have called for the past 2 weeks AFTER my bank providing me with the phone number. Unfortunately, i was disconnected over and over again.
My Fiance is an attorney and we already have documented over 1, 209 complaints and are determined rto close this business down. Fortunately, i was tetsting their integrity signing up in the 1st place and it is clear they have none.
Note to impulse buyers: Have a specific account for "unknown" companies wanting your banking information online and be prepared to close the account immediately, if you do not receive a valid ph#, website and complaint address. I hope NO ONE has to go therough the headache so many others have endured.
Best of luck!
