dietary supplement
received a free trial of 30 capsules (15 day supply). Item came without any information inside...cannot contact the company to cancel because there is no information inside. Now I have received the next bottle that is being charged to my debit card. The only information that I now have is the address on the outside of the package which may not even be the correct address. I want to stop these shipments and return the onopened packages that I have received. I did find this online site but I do not know if they will respond...they are unoped when I call them. I am going to cancel my debit card today so I will get no more charges, but I also want my money refunded.

MISLEADING/ DOES NOT WORK
I DID ASK TO TRY A FREE TRAIL SAMPLE. COMPANY NEVER SENT ME AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM. THEY SENT THE PRODUCT NO INVOICE NO AMOUNT.I TRIED TO LOCATE THEIR EMAIL TO WRITE TO THEM TO KNOW THE COST AND WHEN I NEED TO CANCEL I COULD NOT LOCATE THEM. THEY CHARGED ME 88.55- TO MY CREDIT CARD. EVEN ON STATEMENT THEIR PHONE # WAS CUT OFF. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD- THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE FULL PHONE. i CALLED THEM, THEY SAID THEY DID NOT SEND ME EMAIL TO CONFIRM ANY ORDER B/C THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL, PERHAPS I HAVE A BLOCK ON MY MAIL, WHICH I DO NOT. I ASKED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT THEY SAID NO...AND GOT NASTY. I FEEL TOTALLY TRICKED INTO AN OFFER THAT WAS NOT HONEST AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GET $88.55 FROM MANY OTHERS WHO WILL NOT HAVE THE FULL INFORMATION ON THIS PRODUCT AND HOW THEY WILL BE CHARGED BEFORE THEY EVEN NOTICE. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY!!!

charged for product can't cancel it
I don't have any info on the company because they don't exist...I hit the free sample button BIG MISTAKE...gave them my credit card number for shipping...BIG MISTAKE...and now can't get it to end. They sent me a month's supply which I did sent back but they are still charging my credit card for the months supply and now a cancellation fee. HELP!!!

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
I along with others ordered the trial size ACAIX3 diet supplement product. And received product on May 1st, started using on May 2nd. Looking at my bank balance on May 4th realized I was charged $88.95 to my checking account without any authorizion from me on May 1st. I was not given a reasonable time to see if the product was any good. I did get to talk to someone at the company by calling 1-866-951-1393, but not sure if I will get my refund as they are saying once I receive the addition product and return to them then they will refund. I am looking into where we can report this scam of a company. But most of all I am upset that Ophra and Rachel Ray would be part of this underhanded, company practice to get peoples money.

unathorized money taken from my account
A unauthorized payment was taken from my bank account of 89.31. I had purchased the thirty day free trial of the product with the only authorization they had to take from my account was for the shipping and handling on 5/3/2009. today is 5/26/2009 I had called customer service and was hung up on. The company will not send me the terms and conditions upon purchasing this product that you had to call 15 days of the date of purchase of the 30 day free trial to cancel or you will be charged. The advertisement of this product is misleading and a "rip off" to the consumers. I want my account refunded and they will be turned into the Better Business Beuro. If need be with all the complaints I have read perhapes a class action law suit should be filed against this company.

False Advertisement
They offer you a TEN DAY free trial of their product (without telling you that the ten days starts from the date you order it) so by the time you get it in the mail, four days have already gone by.
I called to cancel any further shipments and was given a confirmation number. Three weeks later I receive a new shipment and a charge on my credit card for $88.50 When I called to complain they said they had no record of my cancellation and I was over the 30 days so I could not receive my credit (again it wasn't 30 days but they count from the day I called to order the product).
If you ask to speak to a supervisor, SORRY SUPERVISORS DO NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE, (wonder why).
My suggestion is BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They lie about the terms and conditions of the guaranteed refund.
Also THE PRODUCT DOESN'T EVEN WORK, SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
If you think I'm exaggerating about this, just take a look at all the other complaints against this company and its product. I am not the only one who was dupped into their lies.

product charged to my credit card without authorization
I ordered the trial pack of ACAIX3, with the understanding that I would only pay shipping. I received an email saying they were charginn my credit card in the amount of $88.55. I was unable to respond to the email address and there was no phone number. When I received my credit card statement, I call the number and they said to call during normal business hours. I did. Received the same message. I want a refund and the charges to stop.

Charging my account without my permission
I signed up for a trial and agreed to only pay shipping costs. It didn't say anything about automatically charging my card and sending me more ACAIx3. I have called their 866-number and it tells me to call back during regular business hours. Please help!

Requested Refund
Started as a pop-up for free trail bottle of product, pay shipping only $2.79 Never received trial bottle, but was charged the $2.79 10 days later was charged another $88.55 called to find out why I could be charged for this product when I never even received the trial one. This started on April 10th and to this date May 26th, I have never received a thing and I'm told I will not receive a refund without returning the product. How do I return something I did not receive . I have tried everything to get my money back. I suppose the next thing is a civil suite? I wish someone from this company would respond to me.

Can't cancel order, no way of contacting them
Sent for a free trial of ACAIX3, finally received it after the trial period with no invoice of information about them. Got on the website in which I ordered from clicked on the terms and conditions contacted the number it gave to cancel the order. When I spoke with a customer service agent, she told me that she had no record of any of my information and that the FWM Laboratories, Inc doesn't distribute or have anything to do with the ACAIX3.
