Misinformation,lack of information
Read the ad for a free trial sample by paying for postage only. I did request trial but received no information, no return address or paper work included with first bottle and within three days received a second bottle, again with no paperwork, return address or phone number or information. First information received was on my Visa statement so I called to cancel and asked to return the second bottle, I didn't order, didn't unseal, don't want but they refused to give me any information. No foreknowledge of the cost of the product, only the cost of the "free" trial sample. If I had any idea that they would bill me $88, I wouldn't even have tried the free sample!!! I can't afford this on my Social Security income and feel they have deceived me from day one. Now I'm reading about others with the same or similar problem. How can we fight back?

I ordered a sample no large order
I ordered a sample to try. I wanted no money taken from my Master Card till I tried the ACAIX3. I recieved a full supply today which I did not order and it went on my Master Card. I am going to tell my bank to not pay it. I wanted to try it first.

BOGUS PHONE #
This was supposed to be a free trial and if you called and cancelled within 10 days you would get your product for free. However, the number they have on their website is for another acai berry company. I thought I was calling and canceling but I actually wasn't. When I received another bottle in the mail, I researched other complaints and found the real phone # which is 1-866-951-1393. When I called the correct #, they told me that I would be reimbursed for the second bottle, but I would have to pay $88.00 for the first bottle plus shipping. I told the lady on the phone that this was a scam and I would like to speak to her manager and she told me that the manager would just tell me what she told me. I said I would like to speak to the manager anyway and she said they don't take phone calls - Is there anything else I can do for you???
I am so angry - this is such a scam. They make it impossible for you to cancel your order until it is too late and you are stuck paying the $88 for something that doesn't even work. I ordered this with the full intention of cancelling because I figured it was too good to be true and IT IS!!!

Telephone # to cancel
I have the unauthorized charge of $88.55 and tried everywhere to get a number to cancel. When I went to the website to try and find something (telephone or adress) I filled out the form to let me know if my free trial is still available. I didn't want to order it again so I tried to get off and all of a sudden a screen with an online representative came on. I wrote on there I wanted to cancel and she said to email [email protected]. I'm waiting for a response . |

Fraud Charges
I orderd this then canceled, was told there was no charges that i would recive, the next day my debit card was charged and a over draft fee. I was then on the phone for over an hour talking to customer service and all they could do was appologize . no action was taken place on their side, they said i would have to wait till i recived the product then mail it back at my cost then i would get refund. they said the total process could take up to 3 weeks and i am still out my over draft fee. All this after a rep said i was not going to get charged. they told me they would talk to her, big deal is she going to cover my fees???

fraudulant business
I was excited to order and receive a trial sample of this product. But, when I noticed a 89.00 charge to my checking account I called immediately. They charged me the 89.00 I received nothing and did nothing as well. So here I am with no pills and a run down checking account and a fired up temper. They are completely rude and are running a well put together scam. BEWARE of this business!

I don't have a complaint BUT I do have a contact number for the company. I had my bank step in and this is the number where they were able to contact a "real human" and was able to get my order canceled before any money was taken out of my account...So here it is 866-951-1393...GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WHO OS TRYING TO GET THIER MONEY BACK

DO NOT ORDER AcaiX3 - SCAM
Ordered the trial - charged $2.79. Called to cancel within the allotted time frame...thought it was all taken care of. Credit card was charged on 4/18 for $88.55. I had received NO 30-day supply and had already canceled! I called today to ask for a refund because 1. I already canceled 2. I don't have any product. They were UNWILLING to listen...UNWILLING to let me talk to a manager...UNWILLING to do anything to help even though I was told the first time I called that my card would not get charged. It was evident to me at this point that this company is a fraud and this is all a scam. DO NOT ORDER. I called my credit card company and put in a request to dispute charge. I will then be canceling my account and reopening one with a different number so that they cannot continue to charge me. Learned my lesson.

I have actually put in a complaint with the better business bureau in utah. The address for this company is 405E 12450 South Draper, UT 84020, I would recommend that everyone do the same,
