The product is actually fine. However, the distribution channel for purchasing replacement items (in Canada - a company by the name of Accent Home Products in Quebec), is not responsive whatsoever.
First, they don't take any form of payment except cheques which you have to mail in advance of them shipping your parts. Yes, you read that correctly.
I ordered a new door as a replacement for the one which was broken. The order taker failed to mention that the product had been redesigned and additional parts were necessary to make the door fit the openings correctly.
When the door didn't fit because of the missing parts, I called back to place an additional order. This time, the order taker doesn't have the invoice amount of the parts I need.
They tell me someone else has to mail the invoice. Once received, again I have to mail in a cheque and wait for the parts to arrive.
I've been waiting over 4 weeks for this invoice.
I called them back yesterday and they were supposed to email it to me within 24 hours. Still no invoice in my inbox.
It's been over two months while I wait to get the appropriate parts and pieces to have this fixed.
I would not recommend anyone buy a Jardin Shed in Canada. The shed is fine and poses no quality concerns. However, should you need repairs of any kind, you may be waiting months to have it sorted out.
