I ordered a product from acceshop4u.com over 2 months ago. The site "guarantees" delivery. Yet, the product has not been delivered despite this apparent gaurantee.

I have sent several emails, but the site has only responded to a couple saying "be patient". They will now not respond at all. I have reported them to paypal and my bank who have now opened an investigation.

The site states that they have "24hour customer service" yet only provide an email address(which they dont respond to!), and no phone number.

They appear to be a very dodgy business that makes lots of promises on their site, yet does not stick to any of them. I orderded the same product from another site a month later and received it within 10 days (despite the xmas and new year holidays).
