I also received a $24.82 charge on my debit card, after signing up for a free sample of Purely White and DazzleSmile teeth whitening products. When I did this online, there was no documentation as to "joining a membership" for this company or any others related to it, only a free sample for $1.95 each.

I contacted the company today and after being on hold for about 10 minutes, I spoke to a rep who was short and rude until I explained that I wasn't mad at her, but I wanted her to know that I was the victim and she was working for a fraudulent company, and that our Country is in the state it's in because of crooks like this. I also found out that I was being charged for an online weight loss membership?????

She did give me a cancellation number, but said the money would not be refunded because I "agreed" to it. After contacting the company and receiving this information, I can now file a dispute with my bank. Lesson learned???? Don't buy anything online unless you know it's an valid established business, or at least Google them before you do it.

After finding a charge of $24.82 on my Visa, I called to dispute this and was hung up on after the supervisor repeatedly stated that they illegitimate charge would not be refunded. They claim that I needed to opt out of their weight-loss info service when I signed up for a separate dental product, and that now there is nothing they can do to refund my money for this service that I've never used or wanted. Their customer service representatives were rude and disrespectful, including hanging up on me instead of assisting me. This company is crap. It profits off of fraudulent business practices and then defends these when questioned about them.
