Avoid buying anything from this company.

Here's my complaint. First off, they advertised a Nikon lens as being "in stock". I needed it right away, so I called them to confirm that it was in stock and could be shipped right away. I was told yes, it was in stock. I put the order in and they charged my credit card immediately, but apparently, they did not have them in stock. A reputable company will only charge your credit card upon shipment.

They lied about having the item in stock. It looks like their business model is to simply advertise, take the order, charge the credit card, then try to find a supplier. In my case, they couldn't get the item from a supplier. So much for being "in stock". I had also paid for expedited shipping, but a week went by with no lens. I called and complained. The supervisor said they were working on it. Several more days went by and no lens. I called again and canceled the order. I purchased the lens from B&H and got it within 2 days.

The fun never ends with these clowns. I received an email from AccessoryCircut telling me I was refunded the full amount and the credit would appear within 3-4 business days. So far, 15 business days have gone by and still no credit. Another lie.

This company should be out of business.
