Deceptive Business Practice
I should have known better, this price was too good to be true. I hope others may learn from my "lesson learned". I submitted an order to purchase a new Canon 430ex II on April 24, 2011 for $219. All other prices I found were between $289 and around $369. After I placed the order I searched for complaints, which I should have done before placing the order. I found this site and was confident I would receive that call to switch to the Sigma. I did receive the call, his name was Steve. I politely stayed firm that I want the Canon. He sounded all depressed. I was thinking to hold him to our agreement to purchase that flash for $219, but decided to cancel the order. I honestly think he would have kept delaying my order until I cancelled. He's not making any money at that price. He may even be loosing money. My advice: don't order anything from this site. If you did, politely cancel immediately and submit your experience here, and everywhere else to stop this deceptive business.

Deceptive Business Practice Shabby Treatment
11/23/10 5:52 PM
On November 19 I ordered a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 400mm f2.8G ED VR Lens that was advertised as being in BRAND NEW condition but with an open box. I called immediately after placing the order (Friday at 9AM) to inquire about why the box was open and if the lens had been used in the field. I was assured that it was brand new and that they "open the box of all high end lenses to make sure all components were included". I did not buy this but felt they had assured me that it had not been used in the field to that point in time. I asked when I would get it and was told it would ship late that day or early Monday and I would have it by Wednesday...in time for the football game I was shooting Thursday.
Monday I had not received tracking information and after a few e-mails I called and was told they were having trouble getting my order approved by their bank...I asked why their bank was concerned since my AMEX card had already authorized the charge. I was subsequently told that they would ship it Tuesday AM and I would get it Wednesday.
On Tuesday morning at 10 I followed up again looking for the tracking information and was told that my charge had not passed their verification department until that morning and now that it had it would ship that day and I would get the lens on Friday.
Later Tuesday11/23, at 5:19 in the afternoon, I got an e-mail telling me that my order had not passed verification and that I would receive a full refund of my $7, 498. I called and inquired as to how they had managed to decide that a transaction that Amex had approved was not a valid transaction especially since my e-mail is tied to my photography site that lists the same name and address that they had on the order...the gentleman continued to be insulting and dishonest with me...Amex later verified that they had gotten an authorization for the charge from Amex on the day of purchase, but never put the charge through to request payment...so his claims had all been untruths including his statement that they had issued a refund...I called him back and got some other story about how he was choosing not to do business with me and then I got a separate e-mail saying that my Amex rep was not telling me the truth and also that the lens "was not in the most pristine condition".
Immediately following my filing of an online review with resellerratings.com, I began to receive harassing and intimidating e-mails from the accessorrycircut.com customer service line. These escalated to the point where they threatened to go out of their way to have a large number of people file bogus complaints about "my poor service" in my photography business, one e-mail was of my home page surrounded with derogatory comments as an example of what they would populate the internet with. Another threatened to say things about "how I talked to and treated women and children" it also threatened their use of resources in India to publish thousands of complaints.
I have brought this matter to the attention of the offices of the Attorney General and District Attorney in Brooklyn and to American Express as well.
All I ever asked them for was either to complete the sale as promised or to admit they had been deceptive and shabby in their treatment of me as a customer starting with their false advertisement and continuing through the latest e-mails and to apologize for it. Instead they chose to send me 16 negative, harassing, and intimidating e-mails over a 2 hour period.

AccessoryCircut.com is an online scam business
AccessoryCircut, com is an online scam business. Order something and they spend the next 10 days trying to sell you something else. Then, when you finally think that they are done, they charge you credit card and send you something you specifically told them not to. It hqppened to me. Don't let it happen to you. Shop elsewhere.
