I botgh (on august of this year) a Helth Insurance with a company called ACE . The name of the product is ACCIDENT CASH ), but I have not received the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" document, neather the coverage of it.

I called the customer services phone ( 0018004737346) and they said that they will send me the informatio by mail by 2 weeks from know on.
On the ohter hand, I realize that there is nothing documented in their web site. They said that they dont know the reason why the information is not documented at the web site.


I´m really wondering if this is right or not

I will apreciate any information that can helpe on deciding to continue with this service
