My husband worked for this man for over 19 years, my husband helped this, man open his business and get this man alot of work, at one time this business had 8 people working for them then it was just my husband because nobody liked the owner Lance, My husband worked like a dog for this man year after year then this past Augs my husband went on unemployment because lance said he didnt have work for him. But Lance had the money to go to floride to see his girl friend that he was cheating on is wife. Then he tells my husband that he wants him to work a few days for him and collect unemployment at the same time but only pay him min wadge. My husband worked for him for another week and he would not pay him is wadges, he wanted to give him less than what he was making, so my husband went on unemployment and told his boss that he was going to wait till the work got better. We cant live off of one day pay hear and there. So unemployment started to come and my husband was looking and sending letters to all these plumbing companys and we are just trying to make are bills with unemployment, but I was always behind. Then we get a call from some lady at unemployment saying that Lance told them that he called my husband and asked him to come back to work and he told him no. THAT IS A LIE My husband told the lady at unemployment that he called and wanted him to work for him one or 2 days and only give him min wadge and my husband told him if he did that he would loose his unemployment. My husband has never used unemployment in his life this was the first time, after talking to the lady she said she was going to do a 3 way call with my husband, herself and lance, so the call went on and lance his boss lied and said that he called my husband 4 times now and he wont come back to work, after he said that my husband had no rights and the call stopped and she said will will get a statment in the mail of what is going to happen, mean while this guy takes off ever other week to go to floride but does not have the money to pay his workers and wants them to work for min wadge after 19 years. So my husband gets a new job from this plumber that used to work at the same place and my husband tells unemployment and everything is going fine for the first month, then we see lance outside of are house taking pictures of the plumbing truck of the company that my husband is working for now. We call the police and that same day they try to get him but he goes to florida again so they wait till he gets back and he gets a call from the police asking what he was doing, he tells them he was taking picture for unemployment because he thinks my husband is collecting and working at the same time. The police tells him he is not and that what he was doing was wrong and to leave us alone. Then we get a letter from unemployment telling us that we owe back over 3000.00 because my husband employer said that my husband would not come back to work for him, This man is a lier is a down right creep, we tried to fight it but it seems that unemployment really does not care for the workers but listens to the employer and if they lie they dont care. This man thinks that the unemployment was his, my husband worked for 19 years and that was his and didnt come out of his pocket. This man has taking people for so much money over charging them and plumbing jobs and has even taking cash from jobs so he can go to florida over and over. He is a scum, he cheated on his Beautiful wife and daughter and thinks nothing of it. This man will rott in hell and I cant wait to see him again He will get his in the end. So now we are paying back every month unemployment till its all paid back, just because of a lieing scum bag. But he will be going out of business soon, my husband and his new boss has taking so many of his jobs and the word has gone around of what he did and what he does with over charging.
