I secured the services of the above company and owner of the company in hopes of having my mortgage modified. I was told that I was preapproved, although I do not have financial distress and I have not defaulted or been late on my mortgage. Moreover, Mr. Ramsey continues to push the idea that I am preapproved and that my mortgage is being restructured. Also, on 11/20/09, my wife, myself and Mr Ramsey were on a conference call to First Franklin, my mortgage company, and they stated that they had just told Mr. Andrew Ramsey that the modification, both parts, were declined. He was very quiet, but he still refuses to refund my money. In addition, I have made attempts to resolve this matter through mediaiton by involving Mr. Ramsey's uncle who introduced me to him, to no avail. I hope that you can help me and warn others of this digusting way of doing business.
